It ensures smooth and snore free breathing by preventing the air flow leak from the mouth and holding the chin in a stable position to encourage breathing through the nose. This product will benefit greatly if you breathe from your mouth but not if you breathe from your nose. โค What is Snoring Devices: Mouth breathing is a big problem for Snoring users. It adversely affect Anti Snoring Devices adherence because the Snoring Devices air cannot get through your airways with the right pressure. The chin strap keeps the mouth closed during sleep, thus preventing the air to escape from the open mouth. Review: Comfortable, Durable, and works Perfect! - Comfortable but durable material. Snug enough for the loudest snorers, and fits male and femlale heads. My parents kept waking each other up with their snoring, so I got them this head strap. They share one (usually my dad wears it to bed cause my mom makes him, but they're both able to wear it. It works perfect. Probably helped reduce their snoring about 85% and they dont wake each other up anymore. Works perfect. Good value. I will be picking up another one for myself, just to help train my jaw muscles to stay closed for better rem sleep and improve my snoring. I think this head strap, and practicing good sleeping habits to reduce snoring, like laying on the side, or at a higher incline (45-60 degrees), clearing out the nose before sleep, and practicing mewing will help me get over my snoring. Very nice device, although super dorky looking. I wish I had it all the years I fell asleep on the plane or bus and embarassed myself. Review: Perfect fit for my snoring infant. - I find it hard to believe that this actually fits any adult human. It is so small that the straps are 3 or 4 inches from being able to touch, let alone actually fasten with the Velcro. Which makes me wonder โ how many infants need a chin strap to prevent snoring?

Does what it is supposed to - - - Could last longer
I buy these form Amazon to help with my sleep apnea. They work a dream when they're new, but only last a couple of weeks before the "foam" between the fabric starts to tear and the strap loses effectiveness... so I buy a lot of them... Doesn't;t seem to matter whose name is on them, they all are made by the same place in China and work the same... The Velcro pieces are also reversed from what would actually be comfortable to wear if overlapped a little. so I turn them inside out (name to the inside) and they do fine and are plenty comfy. I've purchased about 9 or 10 so far... nothing to replace it that's better yet.

Best Design, Worst Durability
I loved this chin strap because of the design. It comes a little small but stretches out quickly. But that's the problem, and it's getting worse. The durability has become horrible. I'm giving it 2 stars for the design, otherwise it would get zero if that were possible. See the picture. I bought one in August 2019, and it started falling apart, so I bought a new one May 5, 2020. It was already almost as in bad shape as the August strap 10 days later, so I bought a new one on May 15, 2020. I'm still using the May 5 strap, but it won't last much longer. I can't afford to buy one of these every month or so. I hope someone copies this design but makes the strap durable.

Best Chin Strap for Me
I have a really hard time finding chin straps that work for me since I have a small head. This one fits me well. I have ones that have very rough lining where the chin fits and this one doesn't. It is very comfortable.

Comfort
My husband has tried several different anti-snoring chin straps and he feels like this is the most comfortable one he has used. He has a small head and this one fits him and works well with his CPAP mask. He likes it so much more than other chin straps that I will probably ordering another one while they are available

very comfortable yet durable
I like everything about this product, especially the way it attaches around the back of my head. I bought it for the purpose of keeping my mouth shut to minimize snoring.
