Add this mix to a banana (or two), ice cubes and a little white milk and you have a great banana smoothie!

So Delicious!
I love smoothies and my favorite smoothies are banana and chocolate-banana. This smoothie powder is beyond delicious! I add it to almond milk, a frozen banana, and ice, and it is thick and beyond delicious! I also add flax meal, hemp, walnut protein powder, peanut butter, and Banatrol (all available here on Amazon). That provides me with a very filling and very delicious breakfast, and I'm not hungry until lunchtime, when I have a salad. As delicious as this is, if you're cutting down on sugar, beware. The first ingredient listed for this product is...sugar. That doesn't stop me from having it because I eat so little sugar otherwise, but if I were dieting or had diabetes, etc., I would steer clear of this. You know how much sugar you want and can tolerate better than I do; I just want to make you aware that this is sugary. It tastes better than the expensive smoothies you get outside your home, though. As long as I'm healthy and not gaining weight, I'll keep using this smoothie powder. I love all the smoothie powders this company makes, but the banana and the chocolate-banana are my favorites.

My new addiction
Add some milk, ice and a banana to a blender, mix it up to a frosty mixture and then slowly add this banana smoothie mix with blender on low and prepare to be amazed. My only negative is I can't decide whether the banana or orange is my favorite addiction. As a true reviewer, I'll keep 'testing' for the good of everyone.
