Surprisingly great chair
I bought as a gift for my weight trainer. I ended up keeping it. I have had back issues for most of my adult life. I use it for my desk chair. I love that it is good for your core and posture. My desk chair was not high enough for me. I can pump up this ball so I sit at the height that is comfortable for me. Great purchase!

Fantastic once inflated properly
I pulled it out of the box and gave the included little hand pump a try. Holy cow. That was a workout! Both arms were tired and if you stop, the air back- flows. No thanks. I'll save that for inflating balloons. I broke out an air compressor and filled the ball until it looked taught, but not over-filled. I let it sit overnight. The next day I gave it a sit and felt entirely too low to the ground. I put a little more air in it, but was worried about how much air it could take. I have it another sit and it felt much better... so I worked a full day on it. I had to keep reminding myself to straighten up my back. It takes some getting used to. You certainly can't whirl around to see behind you, like you would in a typical office chair... so when I heard my dog outside the door, I had to twist and crane my neck. LOL. After a day on it I decided it still felt a little low for me. I'm 5'6" tall, with a 28.5" desk, so I got the Large 65cm ball as suggested. I broke down and grabbed the instructions, to make sure I didn't over-inflate it. I measured from the floor, up the wall 65cm, made a pencil mark, then took a straight edge and held it out... I definitely had more room to go to inflate it... and I did! It's at about 63cm now, because I don't like to press my luck. I'm up at a good height now, comfortably resting my forearms on the desk, the keyboard is comfortable and I can still put both feet firmly on the floor. I put the ring under the bottom because I don't want to accidentally bust my ashtabula on this thing. It's comfortable. I can work a very full 12 hr day on it. I push it up so 40% of it is under the desk, and I approach it from the side and swing my leg over it like a horse, then plop my arse down. It's sturdy, has a little bouncy bounce to it, but only when you shift your weight or adjust your legs. It retains air well, so far. Another nice thing is that you can grab ahold of the front of your desk, lift your feet up in front of you, and roll forward while arching your back, until your basically laying on your back, over the ball. It gives a great stretch. Overall, I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Pretty good
I've had this for a couple of years; when I first got it, put it together and used it for a week or two, and then put it aside and never got back to it until recently. The ball itself is fine; naturally, it does lose air over time. When I returned to using it recently, I had to put more air in. The plugs are pretty hard (very hard, perhaps?) to get out... it's a very good thing I didn't lose the little tool. The weakest part of this is the inflator - I have had the hose pop out at the hose pump by just using it. The other end (that one puts into the ball or ring) is two-parted, and came apart, losing air. The pumping up system could use to be improved. Except for the inflation thing, the ball seems pretty solid and sturdy and does its job. I tend to set too far forward on the ball (maybe I'm afraid of going over backwards), so it feels like it's tipping me forward a lot... I usually have to adjust 2-3 times until I get it right. I assume it's doing what it says... after using it, I can feel my core muscles.my core muscles are

Better than a Chair!!
I love this Office Desk Ball for helping me with my posture, engaging my core for strength, as opposed to sitting in the chair all day - You definitely need this unit!

Inflation
Inflation is a struggle. Would be better with needle style inflation.

Shorter than expected
I purchased the smaller size to use as a moveable chair (I'm 5'2, 200 lbs) - I have a walking pad/treadmill under my desk so that I can walk while I work, but I wanted something that I could also use as a chair that I could place on top of it that wouldn't damage the walking pad. This fits the bill, but following the size guide left me unhappy. The smaller size - even with the extra height from the walking pad - is just a bit too short for me to comfortably work at my desk. I've purchased the larger size as a replacement and am hopeful that it will work better, but I'm concerned it might be too big for the space. Will have to wait and see.

Well made product so far
I’m impressed. I’m about 5 ft 4 in and plus size, but well within the weight limit. The ball feels sturdy. I like the stability base ring. I received a hand pump, and didn’t find it horrible to inflate. I’m not athlete. No leaks, no weird smell Be aware you have to inflate the stability ring. I guess I overlooked that part. Not a deal breaker. It keeps the ball from moving around. Easy to inflate. I bought the ball to do seated Tai Chi exercises for rehabilitation. I think it will work well for that. I’m already using it as a general chair. It’s comfortable. Zero complaints.

Good quality
Good value, easy to use, I would make sure no pets get ahold of it. No smell. I didn't use the foot pump nor my battery operated pump I use for other inflatable air beds or toys. I used an air compressor with a needle sprayer attachment. I found it alittle difficult to inflate to a good maximum with the foot pump. It suggests pumping up 80% then 1 day later pumping to the rest of the volume. It was hard to get the plug out after I did that because the plug is a tapered plastic pin, not a flip top. I would suggest pumping up to the full height volume so you don't go through this. Since a week ago ot has help up fine. I weigh 280 at the moment, so this ball holds me fine as I lose weight.

I use this as a seat at my desk. It has caused me to sit correctly, plus it is just SO easy to exercise your hips and core whilst working. I am sure it can be used for many other exercises, but haven’t discovered them yet. Wouldn’t be without it!

Rundum: Klasse Gymnastikball.

It's pity there is only black colour, so I had to order another one from Amazon US.

Sit on it daily. It does encourage you to slouch to focus on not slouching.
