I’m on my third bottle now, and I’m sharing this review after using it consistently for almost 3 months. During the rainy season, cough and cold are very common, and I wanted something to keep my immunity strong. I’ve been around many people who were coughing or had a cold, and normally I would have caught it too. But this time, I stayed completely fine. I truly feel that taking this Chyawanprash daily has played a big role in keeping me healthy. Definitely a product worth continuing!

Very less amla only 20 percent.
Although no added sugar and almost natural it has 4.8 g jaggery and only 2g amla per 10g serving. The quantity of amla should be atleast 50% to make it useful even dabur has more amla content than this.
