I really didn't expect much but am pleasantly surprised at how good they are. The parmesan is flavorful but not overpowering. The only downside for me is portion control. I'm on a very strict diet due to a serious health condition. It's difficult to determine what is the stated serving size as the crackers come in a bag and are broken into several, uneven pieces. It's not a problem if you don't have to adhere to a strict diet.
