I'm set for YEARS! *by S***R on April 12, 2019* I wanted to wait a bit after I started taking this suppliment-it's only been 3 weeks & I don't think i'll notice the results I want for a couple months. Mainly, my problem is weak, splitting, chipping, & breaking fingernails. All my life I had the strongest and thickest nails, but the last 3 yrs I can barely grow them past my fingertips, especially on the middle fingers which chip and peel at about 3/4th from the fingertip, despite my trying to keep them short and always covered with strengthened and polishes. I'm pretty healthy & eat right, take lots of vitamins, but I now take prescriptions for high blood pressure, depression, and pain from bone degeneration- one of these has to be at fault.
