Flavorful and food for health.
This galangal is really tasty it adds a delicious flavor to my food. I think this spice is widely used in asian countries but my wife adds it to Mexican good and brings out a very delicious flavor. It's also very good for tea. Relaxes me while I enjoy the great flavor. In addition is supposed to be really good for your health. A lot of health benefits it's in powder form which makes it perfect for tea. O really enjoy the flavor in tea and all my foods

Great Galangal!
My order of galangal arrived quickly, on time and it was packaged with care. I have to say that this galangal is some quality product. I just take it with some water and it goes down very easy. You can tell galangal is in the ginger family by the warmth of the mixture as you drink it. The taste is very acceptable. Not unpleasant at all. I also like making golden milk with this great product. I was taking capsules of galangal but I think I like the loose powder better now.

Substandard quality
This was absolutely the worst tasting and smelling galangal I have ever used. To contact the producer, you have to reach someone overseas. I have been cooking with this type of product for many many years. This was the worst product and I believe was adulterated.. when will Amazon ever police terrible vendors.
