Purchased this to add fertilizer under aquarium gravel
I filled each capsule with dried fertilizer and inserted them under the aquarium sand, near to the aquarium plant roots. It helped the fertilizer directly go to the plant roots and prevented from mixing with aquarium water. My purpose served.
