Nach 1 stündigem Wasserbad verwendbar. Hervorragender Geschmack, Farbe und Konsistenz. Mit Putengeschnetzeltem, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, roter Paprika, etwas Zitronesaft und ein Schuß Sahne ergab diese Mischung ein leckeres Paprikasch! Klare Kaufempfehlung. LG :)

What a treat! These mushrooms are great with pasta dishes. They give dishes an earthy vibrant taste! Paired with truffle oil, arugula, prosciutto and parsley, they turn an everyday dish into a tastebud pleaser. I wish this brand would offer Porcini Mushrooms sott'olio as well not just dried. A definite keeper and regular staple in my kitchen.AAA+++

The mushrooms were tasty and softened easily in hot water. The packaging was clean. There was mushroom pieces were not crumbled.
