TASSIMO by Bosch HAPPY TAS1002NGB Coffee Machine, 1400 Watt, 0.7 Litre - Black

It's easy to use, Costa coffee is nice, my only gripe with any of these machines is the milk is always a tiny bit sweet, I like my coffee with NO sugar but the milk has a faint sweetness which is not as it would be with regular milk, it's like a quarter of a tsp of sugar, Call me fussy but I'm a bit sensitive to the taste, other than that (which I can tolerate) it's a great little machine! I have tried Kenco Americano & Cappuccino, Costa Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, and Cadbury Hot Chocolate and I also tried the caramel machiato (which was too sweet for my taste) In future they could work towards a totally *BPA AND EA FREE machine. *I believe it IS BPA free but there are no comments on being free of EA (Estrogenic Activity) I have recently had breast cancer so these features are on a plus side for me.

Nice coffee machine

I did a lot of research before deciding on the Tassimo Happy, and I am so pleased I made this choice. First of all its so easy to put the bits together, and it doesn't take up too much space on the worktop. Of the standard depth of a worktop, its about half the length. I got the cream one and so far the drip tray has been very easy to keep clean, no stains or anything. The nozzle and pod holder are very very easy to remove to clean and put back in. I recommend you register the product with Bosch straight away as I got two £10 vouchers towards coffee purchases. You do need to spend £30 plus with postage, though it becomes free after £30 anyway, buying 6 varieties and descaling tablets, it only cost me £23. Worth the vouchers. I also chose a pack of 4 coffees off Amazon so I have lots to chose from. One thing I have found, and was generally mentioned anyway, the cup sizes aren't too big. I like a large mug and I found a way round it. Once you've put the milk pod in and run the machine, then put the coffee pod in and run the water once, then lift the front but leave the pod in and close again, it will run hot water through again. This means you can get a larger drink, its not as strong as just that one shot, perfect for me, and you get a nice sized drink. I tend to stay standing by the machine when I do the second press thou so if it looks like its getting close to the top I quickly switch cups. I've only had to do it once though. Hot chocolates can be run twice too, as there will always be a bit stuck in the pod, but again you need a big mug for this. Definitely worth the money and such a nice drink. I will gladly answer any questions if I can.

I have always used Tassimo coffee machines and really have no complaints regarding them. I purchased this one to replace one that was at least ten years old, it had got a bit scruffy and it has been passed on to a new home. The water holder is marginally smaller than my last one but that is not a problem. The reason I stick with Tassimo is the range of T discs, the ability to fill my own reusable T discs with my coffee preference, the size of the machine, simplicity of use and the price. For a basic coffee machine you cannot beat a Tassimo.

Definitely agree with a previous reviewer that the quality of the material used in the construction appears to be less than that used in my previous model. However I do like the colourful appearance and the fact that it is smaller and easier to fit on my work surface. It is easy to use and instructions are clear (in picture form) and easy to follow. I purchased the Kenco Americano Grande XL pods and find I can almost fill two 350 ml Le Creuset mugs using one container of water. So there is no need for a button to add extra water or to refill the machine if you use these pods. N.B. I have used this several times now and the coffee made has been of a temperature suitable for drinking immediately, after a small amount of cold milk has been added. My only reservation would be that if you prefer your coffee very hot, this machine may not meet your needs. I recommend the Tassimo Happy coffee maker for a one or two person household, but probably too small if your household consists of more coffee lovers than that.

Makes a great coffee ad easy to use and maintain

Nice looking machine in Black and Red and at £40, I’ll drink to that. Although the amount of coffee is dictated by the barcode on the pod, you can press the button again whilst it’s serving to stop the process or hold the button in for a larger amount. I love the jet of steam at the end as it reminds me of when I used to go to the Coop as a kid with my mum and they had the one arm bandit coffee machine-deafening 😁. Register your machine with Tassimo and you get 2 vouchers which worked out, as they charge delivery-27p a pod for Jacobs Ristretto. I’m a happy, Happy Machine owner having Bean and bought one. Later Note: With the Jacob’s Ristretto only administering a thimble full of liquid I thought of a better way of getting a mug full instead of holding the button in for ages. I cut a used foil top off another pod which serves a full mug and placed it under the grey holder properly aligned. When the next pod goes in and you close the lid it presses the foil down into place and happily stays there. Voila! A full mug of black Ristretto every time, which tastes strong enough to me and a nice non bitter flavour :)

Muy practico y fácil de usar. La única pega es que el deposito del agua es muy pequeño y conseguir variedad.de café y las pastillas de limpieza son difíciles de conseguir donde vivo. Hay q hacerlo x Internet

La cafetera en realidad no tiene nada de especial, todo funciona correctamente como debería. Lo increible ha sido el precio; en una oferta flash por 19 euros que más se puede pedir!

Tengo la nexpresso y esta y para mi esta hace mejor cafe y encima con mas variedad

Muy útil para preparar rápidamente un cafe individual. Fácil de usar y puestaen marcha.

Es pequeña y muy bonita, con un solo botón sale café, tassimo tiene una gran variedad para elegir. Estamos muy contentos con ella
