Highly Recommend!
Really impressed with these! I’ve tried a few different brands of gels before and I’ve never really felt the benefit and if anything I’ve found I’ve bonked quicker. Most of my training has been done powered by sweets. But I need some gels for the bigger rides and races. I’ve tried these and they are fab!! Thicker than some other well known gels but far less sticky. Not an overpowering taste and easy to swallow. No after taste or bloating either! Definitely recommend!

Texture and taste not bad, other gels had made me gag! Definitely helped me with marathon training. Large gel as well so one needed for 1.5 hour run for example.

Kept us going in The Alps!
The energy gels are perfect when a quick fix is required and also to keep weight to a minimum, they pack a punch! We used them on a week long mountain biking mission in the French Alps and they were great, the taste is good and they keep you going .

I’ve used these on two long runs now and I’ve had great success. They take up to an hour to digest and start working, so take that into consideration. Happy running!!

Game changer for long distance
I’ve been looking for a gel specifically aimed at entrance runs. This has been a game changer for me at 2hrs plus. I’ve been using for 4 weeks now and I’m sold. Seems to give me both a physical and mental boost which is exactly what I need when hitting those hard slog miles. Not too sweet like other gels and had zero issues with the stomach.

Very easy on the stomach, neutral-ish taste
One of the best gels on the market! Very neutral taste and super easy on the stomach. I managed to eat 3 per hour plus carb mix during a race with no problems. The only thing is that they are way more expensive on amazon compared to the styrkr website. The shipping and checkout was very convenient though and I had them in time for a spontaneous trip.
