Came weĺl packaged, with extra links and a tool to add them or remove links to make the bracelet smaller. It was easy to specify the information l wanted on the bracelet and it is written clearly. The symbol to alert health professionals is all that shows on the outside, it is clear but not obtrusive. I chose the yellow gold option with white hearts, it goes well with my other gold bracelets.
