How many cycles of use I can expect for this item?

In theory they can be used and indefinite amount of time, however, in our 14 years of experience it is usually wear and tear that causes their demise. They get ripped, stepped on, forgotten in the pot or a good friend or family member makes them disappear. All that being said we tell customers to expect 100-300 uses if used as directed. We also offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Are these durable enough to put under the arch of my foot during a soccer game or are they likely to pop?

I think you could try them out that way. They’re quite tough. I don’t think your arch area could apply enough pressure to cause them to pop.

Is this listing for one hotsnapz or more than one?

The $20 dollar price is for all 6.I think my order was $16 dollars for 4.They work very well and boiling water re-juvenates them quickly.

Can I put them under my gloves or boots at work?

Yes, I used them under my gloves many times. I've not used them in my boots. I ride the bus and am out in inclement weather (very cold) in the winter in Michigan. They have been a real life saver on some of the coldest days.
