Amazing!! I have struggled to sleep more than 4 hours a night for years, since menopause. From day one taking this as soon as I wake up.. I am sleeping all night. If I wake up to use the toilet I go straight back to sleep. The only negative experience is a bit of sluggishness when I wake up, apparantly caused by my body trying to make up for years of poor sleep. Otherwise my energy levels in the day have improved and I'm not falling asleep mid afternoon. I take half a dropper under my tongue as soon as I wake up. I don't drink or eat for half an hour after. I'm also beginning to notice my focus and concentration are improving slightly after one week. From childhood Ive been hyperactive and struggled with focus and lack of concentration. Ive tried all manner of supplements and nothing has ever worked before. I just bought this for sleep problems and it seems to be an all round miracle supplement i absolutely recommend this 100%. The sublingual tablets have become prohibitively expensive and are variable in quality. I like my supplements with as few fillers as possible. It has to be said supplements can't come much purer than this. Two types of bioavailable b12 in a carrier of reverse osmosis water. How much more minimalist can you get than that? It's really easy to take and has so little flavour you might be forgiven for thinking you aren't really taking anything. That suits me fine. It's such a neutral taste it doesn't need to be disguised so i'm happy with that. You get a decent sized bottle. At a dosage of 10 drops per day, 50ml should last some time. I like that it is made in a GMP facility in the uk. The label tells me it's gmo and soya free. It comes in a special Miron violet glass bottle to protect the supplement which is ahead of many manufacturers. I'm impressed at the care taken of this product and would definitely buy again.
