The honey in my kitchen cupboard has done the same thing. If its kept at room temperatue it will be fine. I have some in my locker at work which is quite warm, and it is fine. The granular consistency is is good for exfoliating around your lips. I use it every day, and my lips are lovely and smooth. **Q: Can this balm be used on the face as well as the lips?** A: I would NOT recommend this.
