Made in Russia WITHOUT love
Like all products made in Russia (and it is - even the writing on the box is in the Russian language), this is a low quality product. First off, it arrived in a box that was glued with scotch tape that looks like it came from a pawn shop. Second, the nozzle has two ridges for a tighter fit against the bulb, but the ridges are defective (flaky) and so skinny (tiny) that they make no difference in nozzle-to-bulb contact. Finally, the rubber is annoyingly smelly of chemicals (almighty knows what kind). The end.

large size bulb
I'm always looking for great enema related products and this bulb caught my eye. This is an import and very pleased to have purchased, it is a "clinical" style item rather than "adult novelty" which I think makes it a better product overall. It is very easy to use solo and does not leak at the seal of the nozzle and the bulb like some of the novelty items that I have used. Nice large capacity is a plus for me at least and not readily available in a bulb. It is very soft and easy to squeeze, very nice product!

Tiny hole. Cannot be filled from a faucet.

Large bulb, fewer insertions needed.
The large bulb is soft and easy to squeeze delivering a good enema with only 2 or 3 refills.

Works great but you need to buy the attachment to use it. But it works great.
