Love eveything about these
Dough doesnโt stick. Perfect size and shape. Excellent quality and reasonably priced. Prefer them over the wood style and the over priced pulp style bannetons. My crust turns out better when I prove my dough overnight in the fridge in these too.

Great banneton, better price!
I typically use a more expensive wood pulp banneton from Germany. I bought the Brod & Taylor boule and batard shaped bannetons and for the price, they canโt be beat. Sourdough didnโt stick and they dried nicely in a cooled oven. Would buy again

A must for making sourdough
I made my first loaf with this banneton and it turned out great. I was using a standard tea cloth with flour with questionable results. This is a fantastic upgrade to what i used previous. I would recommend this product.

Made with quality materials for proofing bread dough
The Brod and Taylor is an excellent quality, well made Banneton Batard. I would recommend it for purchase.

Highly recommended
I received this quickly & it arrived on my doorstep literally minutes before my dough was ready to go into it. I floured it lightly and put the proofed dough in it & refrigerated overnight. The dough came out of the banneton like a breeze. Also, I made two loaves, one in a completely different banneton I have. That one is a little wider than this one. The bread from that one was about 1/2 inch shorter than the one from this Brod & Taylor banneton. Although the ingredients and process were essentially the same, I think the shape of this one could have contributed to the higher height. Can't be sure but regardless I highly recommend this one. I was also very happy with the price & O was able to brush the flour out easily afterward.
