Quality product, it’s sturdy. These grippers will have build crushing grip strength and ensure good quality forearm stimulus, you can use these to simulate hanging from a bar if you wish, hold them closed and keep it like that for as long as possible, lots of uses and flexibility with these

Great for hand strength training 💪
So far no issues with them, they feel good in the hands especially when you put on the covers, they are nice and grippy and come with plenty of different weights. They are also easy to use and for the quality id say the price isnt too bad as you are getting 4 of them.

Good equipment, they did not snap yet, takes some getting used to compare to the plastic ones, but worth it in the long run.

Perfect.
Do exactly what they say. My hands are prone to aching and minor injuries, these do well for recovery. They come with rubber sleeves that are ok but I prefer without, the bare metal has a knurl that is easy to grip.

Decently made, although the 90kg one tends to squeak for some reason, sounds like it's about to explode but feels alright so idk what's going on. They also come with foam handle covers but in my opinion it only makes it harder to actually use.

Awesome exercise product, for arm/hand strength!
I'm a stroke survivor and needed something to help rebuild strength of my weak hand and arm. This is awesome! It is helping build my grip, finger, forearm, wrist, and even shoulder muscles so much so that the strength on my weak side is rapidly approaching the strength of my strong side, which is well developed! Thanks so much for such and innovative and versatile product! The design is superb, especially in that it is grip friendly without fear of slipping. Highly recommended! An amazing value for the price!
