A very comfortable and solid stool. No squeaks or groans as your weight shifts while playing. (I had to return other makes of stool because they DID squeak a lot after a few weeks of use). I wish it could be adjusted a little higher as I have it on pretty much its highest setting and fortunately that's ok for me. But if I needed higher I'd be in trouble so you might want to have a good look at the maximum adjustable height before buying if that might matter to you! Overall it looks great (though I wish I'd bought the black version instead of walnut) and is a durable and lovely piece of functional furniture. Recommended.

I was really please with this stool which arrived today (the day they said it would be delivered) it looks even better than this picture does it justice. The legs are really shiny rich red/mahogany and it goes perfectly with our chesterfield seats in the room. Its also very comfortable so I'm really pleased. Shame it doesn't have any music storage but that doesn't really matter.

This is an excellent product. Very good quality and although there were not any instructions it was only attaching the four legs which was straightforward. Very pleased with this product

I've used this for several months for playing the classic guitar and I'm finding it very comfortable. I was very uncomfortable on a more basic bench using a footstool in the traditional position but this bench seems to have done the trick for my pelvis. It's sturdy and looks very nice.

The bench is PERFECT. It's bigger and more comfortable that what I expected. That's why I give it five starts.

I had given this piano stool 5 stars based on the price before the price was inflated. The seat base is a good size (larger than most) which makes a difference.

I am absolutely delighted it matches my piano perfectly. It also feels substantial.
