Love them so far!
Very premature review, but still wanted to give my thoughts, as I've had a few other solar lights from Amazon in the past and so far these have impressed me the most. I can only speak on construction and not weatherproofing or longevity. What I have learned is you really need to have as much sunlight as possible, and good batteries. I think I have spent more on batteries than I have the actual housing units! With that said, I live in Seattle and do not get a whole lot of direct sunlight, so I'm not being too optimistic, especially considering I bought these in February, but really liking these so far. They give an awesome looking ambient lighting. They are very white, the photos attached make them look a little more natural white but they're not yellow in the least bit, they are pure white LEDs, and that's exactly what I wanted. I have not replaced the batteries yet, mostly because I didn't feel like unscrewing them all, but also I wanted to give the batteries that came with it a fair shot. I expect I will want to replace the batteries at some point but we'll see. Typically these types of lights don't come with the best batteries and in the past I have replaced built-in batteries with larger/better performing ones. I am a bit concerned about durability considering these are pretty much at ground level. I didn't put them completely flush with the ground but they are only sitting barely above the ground. Construction on these is by far superior to any of the others I've had that were plastic. Love that they are metal, however I've never had ground lights like this before so I'm hoping they survive heavy rain and sometimes flooding. My only "complaint" is that they look a bit ridiculous during the daylight. They look like metal flying saucers in my yard. I almost wish they were black so they would be less noticeable, but they do look cool nonetheless. Putting them together was extremely easy, though the base that you put together and attach and shove in the ground isn't the most sturdy, it will do its job. I put a fair amount of pressure when putting these into the ground and never once did I question the integrity of the lights or the base. There are photos on here of these lights sitting on stairs, etc. I don't quite know how that would work as they wouldn't be attached to the ground in any way? What if people kick them around? Animals? Wind? I don't recommend buying these for that application unless you have a way of securing them down that I'm not aware. These are good for putting in gardens that get a lot of light during the day, or short grass. I do expect these will collect dirt and will need to be cleaned regularly, but they're on the ground so duh. Just hoping it doesn't affect the light or charging ability too much if I'm not out there daily wiping them off, you know? Update: Have had these a few months now. Lights still function well. They all still work. I put them in areas where the sun hits differently, and plants are starting to grow in, so there are a couple lights that don't get sun. If they don't get DIRECT sunlight during the day they won't work and if they do work it won't be for very long. The ones that get the most sunlight last throughout the night, which is great. I've actually decided to order another package of these. For the price, these look great. The only downside is I've noticed they have started to rust on top. Doesn't look amazing during the day, but it's not a huge deal.

Love these lights!
I love these lights! I had ordered two sets thinking that I had enough lights i decided we needed more. Wow installation is so easy!!! Unbox, Perl off sticker, turn on, place support backs and push into flowerbed. So easy. Only complaint is that so far two lights have been defective. They refunded the cost of one light, but I’m going to try to figure out what’s wrong with the second light. If I can’t figure it out I’ll ask for another light refund. These are perfect in our flowerbeds and really has added to the overall curb appeal! Love these lights!

Some are working well, several don't last more than a few hours
It's been about 7 months since we purchased these lights. You can see them next to Harbor Freight ($5 for a pair) solar lights. These cheap lights run all night. In the video the flush mount lights are from Amazon, but the lights on stalks are from HF. Pros: - Easy to install. I assembled each unit and used a large/long drill bit to pre-dig the hole, then poured in a little water (I live in AZ, and the soil is very clay like) and then inserted the lights. - They looked great and all worked when I installed them in November. They are bright and look great Cons: - 7 months later and 3 of them barely hold a charge. This isn't new. The "bad" lights started to fail a few months into use. They light up and then fade and die within about 3 hours. I factored in the amount of sunlight they get. Two of the dying lights are placed right next to working lights - and get pretty much equal amounts of sunlight, so that can't be it. - The ones that work last well into the night. Any suggestions? I haven't yet tried to crack them open to see if I can replace the battery. I thought I'd ask here first.

Love them!
There are so many homes with the usual above ground lights and they light pathways and gardens beautifully. I've had them at previous houses but his time, I wanted something different. I found these lights and thought I'd try them; so glad I did! They work immediately out of the package and couldn't have been easier to put in the ground. I live on an air force base so it's nice to have a well lit path that doesn't look like a runway! One light quit working after a couple of weeks, but hey, technology can be unpredictable. What matters most to me is the customer service which was outstanding. They replaced the light and I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for something different, this is it. They are bright enough to light the way, but not too bright as to be distracting. I love them and will get more for my back yard!

Defective knock off of a previously good light set.
Ordered this under the Buy Again Amazon Feature as my last set lasted for over 1 1/2 years and some still work. But these are cheaply made and defective. Tried return and reordering first since the first product had one totally dead light. The replacement shipment had a badly torn box, was disorganized inside. Even had extra spikes in the messed up box. And this box was shipped in another box too. This box contained three defective lights. They started to light but three crapped out after an hour or two and one came on real early while still fairly light outside. The stakes are not as sturdy either on these. The new ones are thinner also. Looking close, there are many differences from the good ones, including the electronics and solar LED array. Seems like these are a cheap knock off of a previous good product. Likely these lights were also someone's else's returns. Recycled defective lights. The photos of the lights show the previous good version, (dirty one) on the left, compared to the current light on the right. The tops come off allowing for battery replacement, which is nice, but not if they don't work from the get go. Everything looks like corner cutting with these new lights. They just look similar from the top. I'm not trying a third time with this mess.

Great auxiliary lighting when you lose power.
I bought these for use in the garden. I charged them upon receipt and put them back in their box until we (well tbh, my wife) decided where to install them. A month later a tornado struck a half mile from our home resulting in a power outage at 9 PM. After struggling to get around the house with a flashlight for a while I remembered that we had these lights boxed in the garage. We set these lights in strategic locations around the 2 story house and it made the night easier! They were still glowing at 6AM, when the power returned! I’ve recharged them and they’re in the garage awaiting our next emergency. To be clear, you can’t conduct brain surgery in the lighting provided, but you can see well enough to do get around without injury.

Review of 3 different solar disk lights sold on Amazon.com
Like many of you out there, I had the hardest time picking a solar disk light to buy. Which one is the brightest? What do they actually look like in person? There's lots of photos and videos of each but it's so difficult to compare since they're taken by different cameras, in different locations, at different times of day. So armed with the power of free return shipping, I purchased lights from 3 different brands (all available on amazon.com at similar price points). The Aogist (this product), the Duudo , and the Bomsi. BRIGHTNESS: I think that this is the most common question people are asking when comparing different light products. After having all of them for about 2 weeks, I can confidently say that despite having different lumens ratings on their product pages AND the Duudo brand having 10 LEDs on each disk (Aogist and Bomsi only have 8 each), each disk from all three brands have the same brightness levels (give off the same amount of light). You can see which lights correspond to the respective brands in one of the photos, and the subsequent photos and video are what they all look like outside at night. COLOR: This is realistically the only difference between the three products. The Aogist is more of a "pure" bright white, the Duudo is more of a cool (blue-ish) white, and the Bomsi (the option that's listed on their page is "Bright White") is more of a warm (yellow-ish) white. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS: All three of them seem to be similar in terms of "how long does the light stay on throughout the night". They also look identical in build quality and have the same spike system for securing the disk in the ground. So which one should you get? Since all three of them have the same brightness and the same build quality, the only thing that would make me choose one over the other is strictly color preference. Hope this helps!!! :) Link for the Duudo lights: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HFG8TDN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1#customerReviews Link for the Bomsi lights: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RQWT7VP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

One already not working
One is already not working! So that’s not great they are all in the same place as well so it’s not as though it’s down to location. I have let the supplier know but heard nothing!
