This bike has been awesome so far! The shipping from Xpro was very fast. The packaging was very good and the assembly process wasn't too hard at all. 2 people can have the thing running in about an hour. The customer service was great, very fast responses to questions. I got this bike for my wife and she also loves it. Her legs are a bit on the short side when it come to these type of vehicles and the stretched out stance of this bike really lowers the seat height and makes it perfect for her. I ride one of the tank models and her feet will dangle while on the seat. This definitely outperforms the tank in terms of agility and and in the wind performance, the sleek body slices thru the wind where as my tank will catch and drag. The only downside to this bike I could see for a 6ft or taller rider like myself is where the front fairings point in for the carry pockets are right where your kneecaps land when you scoot down the seat from a bump or pothole, I have found them a couple times. My wife's knees come no where close. But then again my 13 size foot also doesn't completely fit on the deck and the slide thru is quite awkward... We are very happy overall and will definitely buy from this seller again, highly recommend this bike for anyone who struggles with seat height, it's a very comfy smooth ride. Very fast for a Gy6 build too, probably due to aerodynamics. More then worth what they are asking for it. Thanks again Xpro!

I bought this scooter/moped thinking I was going to be getting an economical ride due to the high price of gasoline nowadays. When it arrived, I had it put together by paying someone to do that for me. The lights and horn didn't work and I had to pay some other mechanic to get that working for me. The rear rack was defective when it arrived so had to wait to get another one which wasn't the same color as the bike. Now after this has been driven a total of 3 miles, it no longer starts and now it won't run. I want to say the customer service was wonderful and really fast in responding to problems and tried to do their best in rectifying the issues but I no longer have money to afford to take it to another mechanic to get it running again so since I can't legally register it, I want a refund and I want the bike returned to the company. I no longer have any interest in trying to get this thing running.

Love this bike super fast easy to put together all around fun

Bike is awesome. Though the assembly wasn’t as easy as advertised due to the assembly video QR code came up as “not found”, & theres no assembly instruction book that comes with the bike. *The only assembly video posted on Amazon has NO VOLUME… so you have to make the best estimated guess to which screw to use. Which makes it take longer to assemble. (A) rating for the bike so far. (D) rating for assembly instructions. I put it together myself but I recommend having a 2nd person to help you for two reasons. (1) to help you take it off it’s original packaging stand, & (2) to hold up the back of the bike so you can mount the shocks in place. After assembling, I put in non ethanol Gasoline & took it on a test ride. * It has a little bit more weight than I expected, so smaller riders be aware. * Once the Fuel gets into the system, it starts and runs beautifully. * I had to tighten left/rear break, which means I had to remove a peace that the video showed me to put on during the assembly. Which was a little tricky. Had to remove 2 bolts, one to the air filer so I can get to the bolt that attaches the cover guard, then you’ll have access to the bolt that adjusts the rear break. * Also when attaching your rear shocks (Spring) it takes a second person to hold it up in place so you put the assembly bolt into its place. (Note) video has NO VOLUME) so watch the video a few times to try to pre arrange the right bolts to use in sequence so you don’t have to take it back apart, which risks stripping bolts & takes up more time. Also there are 2 wires that the video does not show you, those are for accessories to add on later… I assume for speakers After test driving I’d say it runs GREAT. so other than an annoying not informative assembly video…after 30 min of riding, *Handles 5/5 *Acceleration 5/5 (I did not take it above 35mph but I’m sure it will go faster) but for what I’m using it for *Top Speed 5/5 Overall buying experience I’d give this product a 4/5 as a whole. I’ll update my review after I finish getting it licensed & really take it for a ride.

Stoped running after 5 miles

Box came damaged so I was a little disappointed.Assembly took a few days alone, I was supplied with extra nuts ,screws and bolts that I still have. Changed the oil to 10w-40 before I first fired it up. It has consistent power and I’ve gotten it up to 60mph on flat ground, hopefully since it’s an X-PRO and I’ve had good experiences with their products I’m hoping the build quality is good enough to handle upgrades. There were a few issues that has come up within a month of owning this scooter, 1. Seat got stuck and was complicated and time consuming to fix(wasted a whole afternoon) 2. Center stand rubber damper that rest against the transmission has worn away prematurely and going over bumps too fast can cause the center stand leg on the exhaust side to get stuck on the bolt holding the swing arm. 3.idle is inconsistent even from factory or adjusted The tech it has is good for the price digital dashboard with voltage meter, usb charging and the parking brake by the rear brake lever. The styling is aggressive and is complimented by the led headlights which can be further upgraded.
