Can the nvme ssd use all x16 lanes of the pcie? this is the only adapter i have seen with x16

any of these similar items are simply copper foil lines that spread that 22mm wide group of lines on the module apart so it inserts to the socket video cards use. being only 22mm wide, only four lanes of PCI, although my Patriot runs full speed with only two lanes, by design. Four modules fit on: "Hyper M.2 x16 card V2" by ASUS
