Lovely taste, endless uses on foods...
I love this balsamic so much, I have sent it to my children for Christmas. That is all the “dressing” I put on any salad. A dip or sprinkle on cheeses; on fresh fruit plates; endless possibilities. Worth the money. Only thing is it’s addicting!

Been looking for a sweet, tangy, thick balsamic, with fig flavor notes for a long time. This one is exactly right. Not too sweet, not too acidic. Perfect balance, and thickness. I'm a happy camper now!

Not As Good As It Was
I've purchased Vincotto fig vinegar for years and have loved it. But the most recent bottle I bought in July 2020 was watery. Has the formula been changed? The price is the same but the thickness is much less.
