It is good for people who are suffering with spinal cord issues and who are frequent travelers (car, bike, walk). My father had spinal T6 and L2 L4 problems, hence ordered. He travels bit comfortable now after wearing this. But we need to careful more during travel, this belt helps to travel but not like normal healthy person. Can be wear inside (on bunnian) and wear dress on it. But looks bit fatty in this case. Or can be wear on dress but all looks at you, in this case cover it by using big towel or any cloth. recommended.
