How many cases is this actually? 50 or 25?

50. Best Mag Card Holders I’ve ever purchased. No scratches or dings. You can even use the plastic covers that they come in to protect and show your cards. Great purchase.

Can these fit with a perfect fit sleeve on the sport card?

No, I do not recommend you put a sleeve on card. I use these hard cases with the card only, placed inside encasement. Using sleeve inside hard case may damage card.
