This PC was in excellent condition as refurbished and it booted up right away with no problems at all. WIN 10 PRO is a plus, and it was already setup with a digital key. Its a very good machine, and it's on the small size. Not the old bulky desktops. There is 4 extra card slots. It works like a new system.Would definitely do business with them again. There was a small hiccup but the seller worked it out with me, so that was also a plus! Make sure you make a system restore in case windows crashes. This is a very fast system. Quad coreThe hookup is veru simple, if you have a older system just ove the plugs etc to this one, and it's good to go. Having a VGA out is good since all the older monitors use VGA. It runs basic games, but with the current GPU, it will lag with the heavy memory hogging games. For regular use, minus games, its very fast!!!

I bought this HP as a clone backup to my other HP Elite 800 GF, having recently recovered it from a crash on the HD caused by Norton. It was in excellent condition as refurbished and it booted up right out of the box with no problems at all. Just signed in with my Microsoft account and everything loaded without a hitch. It takes a bunch of time to setup the updates and such. This is a great little desktop and has like 4 slots for cards that I don't need as I just use word processing and basic video watching. My first machine was also refurbished and has lasted more than 3 years so far. I am sure this one will last too. Bring on the next crash and my backup machine is ready! Refurbanana is a great outfit.

The first time using, it worked fine. Honestly a bit slow considering its specs. I barely used it for anything and didn't touch it for an evening. The next morning, I turn it on and it immediately goes into panic mode; the fan sound is louder than an idling semi. It is unusable in this condition, as I not only live with people I don't wish to hate me, but I can hardly hear myself think over the sound.Seller purchased a pre-paid label to have it returned, but made it for FedEx rather than the standard UPS. This means I have to go well out of my way to send back this contraption and I have to wait until they get it back before a new one will be sent to me. It's taken weeks to try to find a way to get to the nearest FedEx drop-off rather than the UPS one a two minute drive away.

works well and good value speed is good and seems to function as advertised, only it not compatible to window 11 and the microsoft window 10 will not be updating security on this computer unless you up grade this computer to be compatible with window 11.

This rebuilt PC was easy to set up and to add programs too. The price is right as well for what you will receive.

Edit— changed from 5 stars to 3 stars since setting up. This glitches. It’s refurbished so I assumed I’d have problems. But I will be in the middle of my work and it will start glitching throwing my page everywhere and will keep opening and closing my pages really fast. Once I think it’s done it starts again. Sometimes it constant, other times its just once in a while. Besides that it works great. Does everything I need it to. But it gets really annoying and frustrating when I’m in the middle of something important or editing things. I missed the date to return. But don’t necessarily need too. All refurbished computers are going to be different. Some will work like new. Others will be like mine and it’ll very. But for the one I got, it can be a hassle to deal with. But it stops eventually. It still does what I need even if it slows me down. Probably not what you want to get if you tend to work on important essays at the last minute. Because you probably won’t get it sent in time lol.“I have not set this up yet”. My 5 stars is based on the delivery only. Will update when I get it started. The tower is in very good condition for being previously used. Everything appears to be fine and no dents or scratches. One small hook on the back is bent a little bit it’s fine because no one will see that. IT COMES WITH A KEYBOARD AND A MOUSE! I was not aware of this when I bought it (and still don’t see it in the description) but I bought a separate keyboard and mouse to go along with this. The keyboard and mouse that comes with this seem pretty cheap in quality but they are intact and will still get the job done. (Unless you’re looking to use this for gaming, I suggest to get another set). All in all, so far I would say this is worth the money. Again, I will update once I get it up and running.

This PC was a perfect fit for my needs. I have and use a work laptop for most of my requirements, but I needed to replace my current desktop, as it was starting to show it's age and run slower than normal (every day). This PC was perfect, it supports my 3 monitor setup and my Bluetooth speakers, keyboard and mouse. The only thing it does not support out of the box is WiFi... but that is okay, as I will be adding a WiFi card. This was a great buy and it came with Window 10 64-bit installed and I was able to transfer my Office product key and get Office working no issues a well. Extremely happy with the purchase.

This product worked great....for about 5-6 months. Now all it does is try to turn on. Like it takes deep breathes, beeps, repeats over and over. But never turns on. Of course, my warranty was for only 3 months. an extended warranty on a $300 item is not worth it. And I guess you get what you pay for. One thing is certain...I will never buy a reburbished item again. They are a time bomb for trouble. I only gave this a 2 star rating for the nice 6 months it gave me. Let's see. 300 divided by 6....$50 a month for use. Nope. Never again.It is now March 2022. This item has been sitting around for awhile. I finally called the best computer store in the area. He said get rid of. Cost more to repair than what I paid for it. Will do.
