Milk supply boost
I am a ready feeding mom of three. My baby is 3 months old and every morning I add this to oatmeal. It boosted my supply from 2oz to 5 oz. The flavor just adds a little nutty taste hstd to tell with oatmeal or smoothies.

Amazing Lactation Support - Really Works!
This Mommy Knows Best Brewer's Yeast has been a lifesaver during my breastfeeding journey! After struggling with low milk supply in my first few weeks postpartum, my lactation consultant recommended adding brewer's yeast to my routine, and this product delivered exactly what I needed. Within just a few days of adding a tablespoon to my morning smoothie, I noticed a significant increase in my milk production. What had been barely enough for my baby became a comfortable, steady supply that gave me so much peace of mind as a new mom. The powder mixes easily into smoothies, oatmeal, or even baked goods without creating a gritty texture. The taste is surprisingly mild - slightly nutty but not unpleasant at all. Being gluten-free was important for me since I'm sensitive to gluten, and it's reassuring to know I'm not compromising my dietary needs. The 15 oz container lasts quite a while with daily use, making it excellent value. The packaging keeps the powder fresh, and the wide opening makes it easy to scoop without mess. Beyond milk supply, I've noticed my energy levels are more stable throughout the day, which is crucial when dealing with sleep deprivation and the demands of caring for a newborn. For any breastfeeding mom struggling with supply issues, this is absolutely worth trying. Natural, effective, and gentle on the system. I'm already planning to reorder before I run out!

A Mild-Tasting Miracle for Breastfeeding Mums
The Overview: After experiencing a stressful event that affected my milk supply, I turned to Brewer's Yeast Powder for Lactation Support, which is marketed as mild-tasting and debittered. Here's how it worked for me: The Good: Effective Milk Supply Increase: Within just a few days of adding a spoonful to my morning decaf coffee, I noticed a significant improvement in my milk supply. It worked perfectly for my needs. Nutritional Benefits: I had blood work done which showed exceptionally high levels of Vitamin B, likely thanks to this supplement. This was an unexpected but welcome bonus. Taste and Texture: While there is a slight flavor and texture change to my coffee, it wasn't bothersome enough to detract from its benefits. The debittered version truly makes it more palatable. Longevity and Value: One container lasted me around 3-4 months with daily use, making it not only effective but also economical. I've reordered it due to its positive impact. The Not-So-Good: Slight Taste Alteration: If you're very sensitive to changes in taste, you might notice the yeast's influence on your beverage. However, I found it quite manageable. Overall: This Brewer's Yeast Powder has been a lifesaver for me in maintaining and boosting my milk supply post-stress. The mild taste, significant nutritional benefits, and long-lasting supply make it a go-to supplement for any breastfeeding mother looking to naturally support lactation. Pros: Quickly and effectively boosts milk supply Rich in Vitamin B, enhancing nutrition Mild taste and texture, easy to incorporate into daily routine Great value with a container lasting several months Cons: Minor taste change, though not significant for most Conclusion: If you're a breastfeeding mother looking for a natural way to support your milk supply, this Brewer's Yeast Powder is highly recommended. Its effectiveness, combined with the health benefits and ease of use, make it an excellent addition to your lactation support strategy.

It does work
Well I’ve been having trouble producing enough for my son so I tried this after reading the reviews and after trying all the cookies and brownies that are supposed to help and this was the most effective. It’s not a crazy amount more but I’m able to feed my baby and have enough for building a stash which is good enough for me! I add it to my protein shakes and smoothies because there is a slight beer taste which if you trying it with almond milk like I did tastes gross. And I have to use it everyday or my supply does sustain itself along with plenty of water and healthy fats.

Pretty much only good for cookies but it works
I'm pretty sure this worked for boosting my supply and keeping it up. My baby was only about 3 weeks old when I started using this, so my supply ought to have been increasing. But I noticed a bigger jump up the day after I first had some of this. The thing I'm struggling with is how to take it. I really like the flavor on it's own. But you can't eat it on its own. It just cakes up on the roof of your mouth. I gather the main use is in lactation cookies but I'm diabetic so I can't eat those. The low sugar/low carb recipes all have like 15 ingredients, most of which I don't have on hand and wouldn't use for anything else so I haven't tried any. I've tried mixing into calorie free beverages but even adding very slowly and blending with an immersion blender it never mixes all the way. There are always big balls that are still dry in the middle. I've tried mixing with nut butters but holy cow I almost couldn't swallow the resulting concoction. It is STICKY and THICK and DRY. The bag suggests to sprinkle on salads and other meals, but it's hard to get the full daily dose doing this. It has a very very distinct flavor which again, I like on its own, but does not complement every meal or type of food. I will probably keep mixing it into drinks until it's gone and then switch to a supplement in pill form. If you want to make cookies though, this is probably a great product. It's very fine powder.

Yeast-tastic!
New Mom of twins here and with that came a short supply of milk. I have been trying various things to try and get milk flowing so I tried this powder and it’s like the flood gates finally broke and I have two happy babies. I made scrumptious oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with the powder first. It’s very simple to do, you just choose your favorite cookie mix and then blend the powder in with the other dry ingredients. It did not alter the taste of my cookies at all which was great. I noticed a change in my milk supply within 36 hours. If you would like to try my cookies, here’s how I made them: 6 tablespoons of Brewers Yeast Powder 2 cups flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tbsp flaxseed meal 4 tbsp water 1 cup unsalted butter ¾ cup brown sugar ¾ cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 cup old fashioned oatmeal 1 ½ cup chocolate chips 1. Mix your flaxseed and water and set to the side for 3 minutes. 2. Blend brewers yeast, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt using a sifter. 3. In a separate large bowl mix together butter and sugars, then add your eggs in one at a time. 4. Stir in your flaxseed mix with vanilla extract and blend well. 5. Add dry ingredients to the butter mixture. 6. Add oatmeal, chocolate chips and if you wish a ½ cup of nuts into your mixture. 7. Place into fridge for an hour. 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes 9. Enjoy your yummy cookies! You can freeze your left overs and bake anytime you’re ready! I froze mine for a week and they tasted just like I baked them the first time! The second time I tried the powder was the following morning in my morning shake. I used oat milk, various berries, 2 tablespoons of the brewers yeast powder and ice. I’ve noticed the more acidity I use, the greater the sourness grows. I recommend sticking to more dairy like ingredients to balance the flavors out. Even with the fruit, it wasn’t an unbearable taste by any means. I recommend this to any new Moms who need a milk supply boost because it did work for me personally. Also keep in mind staying hydrated helps milk flow significantly. This powder works its magic best when you’re hydrated!

It's gross but it works
Okay so I'm the type that just wants to full send and do the 2tbsp servings at a time. Added it to lemonade, iced coffee, even oatmeal - made everything thick and disgusting lol. HOWEVER, I did notice my milk supply significant increase after just 2 days of doing this. I'm buying some gelatin capsules to put them in bc I'm sensitive to taste and too impatient to just use one tsp at a time haha. It's gross, smells gross kind of like beer bc of course the yeast - but it does get the job done!

Yum
Increased my milk production, tastes great. I added this to my oatmeal with honey and butter. Need to wean off it slowly, though, as with other galactogogues

Can be used in smoothies. I recommend using just a tsp, so you won’t get that bad aftertaste.
I’m just not a fan of the taste. I gives my baby an upset tummy, because I was using to increase my breast supply

Buy it
Made an incredible difference in my milk production in less than a week of use. I use to struggle to pump anything after breastfeeding and sometimes babe would even fuss while feeding because there wasn’t enough. Now baby is getting a full feed and I’m pumping 3-6oz after a feed.
