0-10 I give it an 11. Before putting in your hair make sure you’re in a well ventilated area, it’s a mix of chocolate and ammonia. Used on my hair about 3weeks ago and no frizz. I absolutely love it. Definitely leaves your hair soft and manageable. My hair is always tangled and now I just wash it and brush my hair through. It haven’t had much hair loss. I recommend buying extra shampoo and conditioner

I did everything the directions said but when I got to blow drying it we couldn’t take the smell so I rinsed it off the smell is so bad and burned our eyes and nose is never do it again especially on thick high density ,course hair but even after I washed it out with the shampoo and conditioner I believe her hair was smoother and softer when styling so it wasn’t all in vain.

At first, I was scared to do an at home keratin treatment (especially with something that only costed a fraction of the treatment at a salon) but this works! Your eyes will BURNN but my frizz is tamed so it’s worth the temporary pain to me.

I was surprisingly pleased with this product- I followed all the instructions to the T & did research on the web- the three days of not washing hair was tough at the end of the process, but very worth it. The results are amazing. I can compare this to Brazilian straightening I had professionally done years ago. For reference, I have type 2a curl, fine, 50% gray & colored. I did my roots a week prior to using this. Main concerns were to combat damage and frizz & to increase shine. I didn't really care about the straightening part, but it is in fact straight! The results were immediate. I love the post care shampoo and conditioner- finding I don't need to condition each wash as my hair is transformed into silky, non-tangling ease. I do wash daily, as the straight and silky look seems to move into oily a bit faster. I only try to shampoo at the roots, or use dry shampoo. I can sleep on it wet and wake up with straight, easy to handle hair- no products or tools needed! I'll see how long this treatment lasts, but for now am enjoying the compliments I'm getting.

Products was so strong, made my eyes watery and kept coughing non stop. Had to go outside to blow dry my hair. Wasn’t able to do the straightening step because I couldn’t breath well and I kept coughing. My scalp also felt like it was burning so had to wash it off asap! My entire apartment smelled like this product. Will be getting my brazilian blow outs done by a professional going forward.

I have coarse,a lot,thick Hispanic hair. I have done Brazilian blowouts before. Boy those are expensive. My hair they charged $400. I love them but at $400 every 4-6. No way. It took about 3 hours. The smell was not bad. During the waiting time. I sat under a ceiling fan by accident. My eyes watered bad until I stepped away from the ceiling fan. Totally worth $45. I did have someone help me.

Absolutely phenomenal and perfect results. This is the strong version, so it will definitely straighten your hair almost 99%. I applied this on myself (male, short hair) directly after bleaching and the results were OUTSTANDING. Will be buying again and now I plan on getting more to do on the rest of my family. My hair is silky, straight, shiny, and bouncy, and I’ve never had hair like this but it has always been my dream. I’m getting compliments from everyone!

I read the reviews, and did some further research. Since I was looking for more manageability for my afro mixed hair, I usually relax it, which is straight for the moment, sometimes chemical burns, but the tight curl comes back. After this, only been a week. After a shampoo, my hair is a nice wave without product, loose spiral curl with. I can wash an wear my hair down no problem. More manageability like I was looking for, and soft, not wiry. I have not flat ironed my hair since the initial treatment, but feel it would straighten beautifully. The down side. Chemical straighteners are pretty strong smelling, this was next level, I threw the dog on the deck. I felt my lungs and eyes were burning. No jokes on the well ventilated area when doing this. The smell lingered for hours. It smells better than relaxer, but it just hits you in the right spots, so intensely. So far, I'm very happy with the results.

This product works, if you use it correctly and do the proper aftercare! I have curly and frizzy shoulder length hair that normally takes over and hour to blow dry and straighten. With this product, my styling time is down to maybe half an hour, and I can now leave my hair to airdry without worrying about unruly curls and frizz. My hair is softer and more manageable. It's been two months since I applied the treatment, and it is still lasting! It's important to follow the instructions precisely and also to use the SULPHATE FREE products afterwards. I'm now onto drug store SULPHATE FREE shampoo and regular conditioner, and it has not affected my treatment. Application took about 4 hours in total, and I left it for the recommended three days after. Follow the recommendations if you want it to work.

I’ve always hated my natural hair… it’s VERY curly and super frizzy. I did this hair straightening treatment and it changed my life (literally lol). I’m used to straightening my hair every few days, but I felt comfortable leaving it natural after using the extra strength version of this product. As you can see from the photo, my hair is mainly wavy now (the back is a little more curly than the rest because the back of my head always had tighter curls than the front) but I’m still super happy with the results. Gave it 4 stars since it’s not as straight as the photos promise. I did the treatment in June and it’s only starting to wear off now in September. I’ll do another treatment this month to keep up the great results. For reference, I did the long version of the process and left it in my hair for 4-5 days. Every morning when I woke up, I straightened it again and also made sure not to tie it up or tuck it behind my ears. Forgot to mention that it also made my hair super quick to blow dry. And when I blow dry with a brush, it’s super straight and looks like I used a straightener. Usually blow drying it would take me much longer and the results wouldn’t have been this smooth. I’ll come back and update my review if I have any more comments. :)

The product came in a bag, not in a box, it came with 3 shampoos and 1 treatment, no conditioner. I've used it before and it doesn't last long but it works. I bought this strong one to see if it lasts longer.As it came without conditioner, I know that if I use a normal one, the result will last even less.

im a white girl with huge curly frizzy big hair like a clown wig. I wanted something strong. Let me tell you, whew the smell was beyond strong and my eyes burned and I gasped for air while putting this on my hair. I had to take breaks to be able to breathe. id recommend wearing a medical face mask to put this on seriously. The good part you wash your hair 2 times with clarifying shampoos provided then blow dry, then put the keratin treatment on for ONLY 30 minutes. That was a huge perk 30 minutes, huge time saver. Then blowdried each section and then straightened each section 8 times. Box says 7-12 times to straighten. I used other keratin treatments and it was time consuming compared to this keratin treatment. This only lasted 14 days for me day 15 the curl came back I didn't wake up with poufy big hair for 14 days which I hugely liked.
