After using this product, I don't understand the negative reviews since the directions are clear and easy to follow to obtain the full benefits of the soaks. It can be a little messy; however, a little prep makes clean-up easier. I thought the jelly soak was amazing, felt so good and relaxing I didn't want to remove my feet! I was really surprised the jelly maintained the warmth even as long as I soaked. I felt like I was getting a massage moving my feet around in the jelly and both scents are nice. My only suggestion would be to add a few new scents to offer different selections. I highly recommend this product and received it soon after I placed the order. They come in nice reusable zip packets that hold three soaks with step 1 and step 2.
