Core Meal Almond Raisin with Whey - 10 Pack

I just tried this bar with the whey, and it's amazing. These bars (because of the shipping,) end up being very expensive, but not compared to a takeout meal and they are the creme of the crop when it comes to breakfast. Taken with a glass of water, it is most certainly a satisfying meal and the ultimate in healthy fast food, for hiking and such, or when you are out running errunds, and don't want to take the time to prepare food or even eat. Easy to carry in your purse. They are not messy or sloppy, and like I said, very substantial compared to other bars.Actually, compared to other bars, in my opinion, they are the best bars out there. Taste, texture, (like real food,) and contents.I'm not comparing them to a meat bar, but vegan or vegetarian or the other raw bars out there, hands down the best.Check out the facebook page, the company is interesting, ethical, and progressive. Not to mention health looking bunch of people that look like they are having a good time doing their jobs.They are expensive, but really worth it to me. And, I am worth it, or my health is. Cashew coccoa is my favorite flavor.Also, they seem to digest very well. I could not be happier about recommending a bar.Anyone I have given one of these bars to, gets hooked.Too bad I can't find them anywhere and have to order them online only, and they take a while to get, so plan ahead.Also, I wish they were offered on prime.

Couldn’t even eat tasted awful

There was a mixed on my initial shipment, the seller was great and corrected the mistake. These bars are a great meal replacement or post workout snack! Highly recommended!!!

I love these bars- the cocao flavor has way less sugar which is a plus. But the Almond Raisen are delicious.

I order their bars online, into weightlifting, hiking, climbing, anything outdoors. Fantastic quality, taste and freshness. Do your research and you won't find a better all organic, freshly made product on the market. I am in the gym 5-6 days a week and these guys even have a bar with organic added whey. Matching their protein count, organics, freshness, low sugar, high fiber and variety of granola and drinks is something I haven't been able to replicate. Legit company dedicated to its customers, I had the COO step in when one of my monthly shipments got screwed up (my mistake). Well you can tell I love this brand, longest review ever! My wife and I really love the CORE bars. My wife is a dietitian and we are always looking for better replacements for the athletes who work out at our gym. it seems the going trend is to just pack a lot of dates into a bar to make it taste sweet. Well CORE doesn't do this and the bars still taste really good. I don't eat any added sugar, so they are a great grab and go meal when my family is out for the day. We just pack a cooler for the car and these bars are good to go.

Pros:1) They are made with very few ingredients, and you'll recognize each ingredient. (Nothing weird sounding)2) They are convenient.3) My caloric requirements are more than the average person, yet I can eat one of these in the morning (with the two glasses of water, as recommended on the package) and it will keep me rather full until lunch time. Considering how small the package, I'm impressed.4) They are dense, flavorful and have a nice moist texture.Cons:1) Wish they were a bit cheaper. Of course this is true with anything in life, but I tend to buy them less frequently than I would like and/or only when they are one sale.

I have one every day for breakfast with a big bottle of water (sometimes tea).Whoa! I just realized that, with shipping, these bad boys are almost $6 a pop! Time to find another vendor.
