I'm thick, but not fat. I usually wear a large in U.S. sizing in things like this. The waist band stretches and the fabric feels like a very thin bathing suit material so it's stretchy as well. I bought mine in a 2xl and I wouldn't want them any smaller. They are not tight on my butt and legs at all really but that depends where you carry your weight. I wear a 14 in jeans, I'm 5'4, 165/170 lbs. The waist tie is really cheap so don't count on that to do anything. You can dress these up or wear them to the beach, very versatile. I absolutely love them because I get hot very easily and these are so thin it feels like you have nothing on almost but that may not be everyone's jam. Bottom line, if you're looking for a nice, well made, long lasting pair of shorts to have for a few years, these aren't it. But If you want a really comfortable, cute, affordable pair of shorts for maybe a year or 2, then definitely grab these. Remember, you usually get what you pay for. These are quality you'd find at 5 below but I still really like them. Hope this helps.

I live in New Orleans, Louisiana and the heat and humidity is real here!!! After reading several reviews about these shorts I decided to but them especially since they have a great price point! I wore these out on a hot and humid night in late August, I was not sweating and so comfortable in these shorts the entire night. Not to mention I received endless compliments on them! I am going to give my body type to help others choose the right size, I needed more reviews with height, wt, body shape so I hope to help others with my info! I ordered a size Medium! I am 5'2 130 pounds a petite pear shape, I have a small waist, big hips, big butt, and big thighs and the Medium fit me wonderfully! They are not tight and they are not loose, the fit very flattering and you can adjust the drawstring too! I am usually a size 2 or 4 in shorts, and pants. The length is great too I am 34 and they are not too short and they don't come to my knees either lol. The length does not shorten in the back due to having a bigger butt which is awesome and hard to find in shorts for me! They are so breathable, flattering, and the most comfortable and cute shorts. I would buy a pair in every color if they had more! I highly recommend them and if you are pear shaped like me I hope this review helps you choose the correct size!

I bought a size small and I typically wear a size 4 or 28 in jeans. The small was loose on me but very comfortable. I would not recommend sizing up, if anything size down! The material is very stretchy and forgiving too. They are honestly really cute. I don’t think I’d wear them working out unless I had some spandex on underneath, they’re too loose for that. The length is good and your bum doesn’t hang out the bottom. Overall, I think they’re pretty nice.

These are absolutely my favorite summer shorts!!! I live in a hot, humid southern state and these are like a dream especially when the temps are 90° plus with 100% humidity! They are so lightweight and have a cooling effect because the air moves right through them. The styling of these allows for them to be so versatile because they can be dressed up with sparkly sandals or dressed down for a more casual look with tennis shoes. They fit loose and flowy, so they are very flattering. They also have deep pockets which I love! I am 5'7, and thin build, short waisted (long legs, short torso) and I have the sm and med. Both fit great! My only complaint is that they only have one color/pattern available. Every year when the temps are at boiling, I double check to see if they have added more colors. Sadly, they haven't. Hopefully, this review will encourage them to make more because I will buy them in every color! I have tried other styles that Amazon recommends as similar but nothing matches this style! These are seriously perfect shorts. Wear them for errands, around the house, camp pick up's or drop offs, theme parks, at the beach or on a picnic or to lunch with sandals and accessories! You won't want to take them off and you will wish you could buy them in more colors!

First, I'll say that I think they're very cute and super stretchy. I can get them on just fine, but they give me a muffin top at the waistband. I normally wear an XL in these types of shorts, unless I want them oversized, then I get an XXL. The photos are of the XXL shorts on top of one of my normal pairs of XXL shorts from Walmart that I wear around the house. They are a couple inches shorter, and the waist is about 8" smaller to give you a reference. If you don't mind tight clothes, you should be fine, they fit me from the waistband down, but it was just too small and squeezy at the band for me to want to wear in public. My intention had been to use these as a swimsuit cover up for driving to the pool/lake etc, and this type of fabric does seem like it would be fast drying. Will be returning. The Amazon recommendation said "true to size, order normal size," and I don't find that to be the case, I even checked the tag inside to make sure it was a 2XL.

So happy I watched a YouTube Amazon favorites video and it featured these shorts! I typically wear a size extra large in pants and shorts because of my height and a couple reviewers said that these run small, so order a size up and I got an xxl instead. They fit perfect! The material is SO SOFT! They feel more like satin but are stretchy! I love how the drawstrings have metal on the ends-making them look more like dress shorts! Cannot wait to wear these in the summer time (it’s currently 4 degrees and snowing here!) and wear these with cute tops-I already have a cute black tshirt picked out to wear with them!

I like they are cute but the fabric is very thin although not see through but I did feel they were short in the rear. They held up well and are soft so comfortable for a day in Disney. Although I wish they were just a little more coverage.

these shorts are really cute, the material is very lightweight and stretchy. Not very soft but good weight and movement in the material. I would’ve preferred the caps on the drawstrings to be black because I know the silver painted plastic will chip but because of the material I plan to hand wash and air dry them anyway. I got XL and they are a bit on the small so if you are unsure size up, if you have a big bum and plan to wait these more high waisted you might get som cheek peek. Overall really cute shorts, they are well made for the price. And did I mention they have pockets!

I was skeptical about these at first but wow was I pleased when they arrived! The material is so soft and hangs perfectly. I never want to take them off. Sizing is perfect and they will be great for my beach vacation.

La tela es muy delgada (nylon o poliéster). Pensé que podría hacer ejercicio con ellos pero son cortos y no tienen otro short o biker o algo así como protector así que si se sube se ve todoooo!!. Tal vez sean buena opción como para la playa usarlos con el traje de baño.
