Our old one was so uncomfortable and rubbish. This one is so comfortable and doesn’t put much strain on your back. I love the different ways you can use it too, and zip partsnoff if needed, it will last for a long time. My 4 month old is very comfortable in this and always falls asleep...bonus!I’ve started using it daily around the house and outside rather than the pushchair which gets all muddy in this weather. A plus side is you can wear the carrier and hold an umbrella easily. Delivery was fast, and had a nice email from supplier informing me they would help should there be any issues.
