This comb does a very nice job. It doesn't seem to scratch her like the other comb that I have. My dog Lily seems to enjoy the combing and she doesn't pull away from it. The handle is nice to hold and grip. It is well made and sturdy. I would recommend this comb for pulling out undercoat. Lily doesn't have fleas so I don't know how well it works to pull out fleas.
