BEWARE!!!
As my photo of 4 each of the 15 pairs I received shows these were ALL wired backward!! The Amazon photos 1 and 5 show them wired correctly and all the other photos show them wired backward. The wire quality (silicon) is EXCELLENT but the backward wiring is dangerous to say the least. I blew out a LiPo charger module before noticing this!

Polarity wrong! (Red and Black wires backwards from normal)
The red and black wires are all in the connectors backwards from any batteries that use this type of connector. With some effort you can remove and swap the pins, but it is a pain. Without swapping the pins you risk confusion since the black wire would be positive when plugged into a battery and the red wire negative.

Caution female plug wrong polarity
Caution polarity is wrong. Wires are reversed on female side of plug. If you connect them with out checking then something is going to smoke.

all wired backwards
As someone else commented, beware! The black and red wires were reversed on all of the ones sent to me. None of mine were wired like the picture.
