Cleaning brush did not come with the machine no luck in contacting them, quite a lot of water left in the coffee when the coffee is made

I purchased this machine, to replace the 2nd bean to cup machine I have had that in the last few years. It is very quick and easy to use more manual than the bean to cup machine, but that does have advantages. The design is simple old school and it makes great coffee. I did read in the reviews that some people said the coffee is not that warm. I found that on switch on if you turn the knob to the left and one left light comes on, leave it a few minutes until all the lights on the right come on, you will find the coffee is then hot and is ready to heat the milk and then ready for making a hot coffee. For the price it is well worth purchasing, and I believe it will outlast the more modern versions and is great value.

Loved this machine until it stopped working after 3 months. I’ve come on here to request a refund or replacement and it said the return window closed after one month. £250 machine that was used twice a day. Really terrible. Would appreciated the company to reach out asap to rectify.

This coffee machine is excellent. Someone I know paid over £500+ for a ninja coffee machine and they hardly use as it’s it too much hard work. This one is classy and well built. Its awesome. Save yourselves a ton of money and buy this one and stay away from overpriced over complicated machines.

Got stuck in a hole researching coffee machines…..feeling overwhelmed and just wanting an easy machine to make a latte on I decided on this one and I’m so glad I did. Had a fiddle about to get used to it all and got my grind set to how I like it and set the water volume and soon got to grips with the steam wand which is brilliant. First couple of days using it there was a metal taste about my drinks - ran a full tank of water through it and had no problem since. I’m happy with my purchase and highly recommend it. Takes no time to heat too.
