Blue Nectar Ayurvedic Back, Joint and Shoulder Pain Oil with Cinnamon, Clove Essential Oils (17 Herbs, 3.38 Fl oz)

I try to workout daily but do get some muscle soreness that can be prohibitive. When I received this oil from bluenectar ayurved I couldn’t wait to try it out. My first thought when I removed the protective seal and smelled this fragrance was of my visits to Bryant Park in NY during the Christmas holidays - cinnamon, cloves and a feeling of calm that just can’t be described. As I’ve gotten a bit older, I do feel the after-effects of my exercise routines as well as everyday aches and pains. I have always found this easy to manage with healthy daily routines. Prior to Covid, I used to see my massage therapist at least once a month, so much so that we became friends. If you’ve ever had a massage, you know that feeling you have when you leave - refreshed, relaxed and much calmer than when you got there. The oils she used stayed with me all day and it really extended the results of a good massage. When I tried this oil, I felt the same way (although I did miss the massage part). I prefer to use natural products so this product fits right in, given the herbs and herbal oils included. It feels like silk as I rub it in but does not leave your skin with an oily feeling. I find it warm and soothing and it really does work for joint and muscle aches. Typically, I will keep my oils in the bathroom; this one I’ve literally moved to my bedside table and now to my office. I tend to reach for it if I’m feeling stressed or just need a break. The added bonus is that although I usually have a candle burning in my office, this actually smells better. If you have any areas that need a little extra love…this works

This is cinnamon heavy in scent to me. I added a few drops of pure clove oil (clove oil is a long held remedy for pain from Grandmother's time). The additional clove oil, adds another dimension of warmth and soothing comfort to arthritic hands so that I can move them and address the stiffness with more movement.

I’d tried this brand’s shampoo before and loved it, so I was excited to try the oil and it didn’t disappoint! 💯 I use my phone and computer a lot, so I often get mild wrist and elbow pain ; this oil really helps! I also tried it on my shoulder pain from lying on one side, and it eased the discomfort quickly. Even my husband said it worked great for his back pain! 🌿 The cinnamon & clove scent is strong but soothing. Just be careful not to apply too much or go out in the sun right after.

Love the smell. It smells like Autumn with the cinnamon & clove. Enjoyed the warming sensation. However, it did nothingto reduce my chronic pain. if you suffer from a slight strained muscle it should be fine but not if you have chronic pain.

I have been using this after my workouts and it definitely works as a good massage oil. The scent is reminiscent of holiday time with a hint of the all natural herbs combined. I definitely will continue to use it after my workouts and especially since I stand on my feet for long periods of time. The consistency is perfect for massaging key areas. Highly recommend

Rash is terrible. Horrible product washing with Dawn dish detergant now like a baby duck trying to get the oil off as the rash spreads everywhere I touch. No refund for this bad time :/

If you are looking for natural remedies against knee pain this is! You need to use it few times ( maybe 3-4) to feel the difference, but it’s worth it

I really enjoyed using this as a massage oil. It relieved mild pain in my lower back but I wouldn’t recommend this for more intense pain. It’s quick and easy to use and the smell is to die for! Very warm, sweet and cinnamon scent that makes me feel comfy and cozy. Easy to apply, absorbs into the skin nicely and doesn’t leave any sticky residue. The only downside is the fact that the bottle cap leaks. Other than that, a really nice oil!

Not as pain relieving as described in the product leaflet. Comforting to use on the joints because it is warming after being rubbed vigorously by palms.
