Help give a better pump but no scoop
The item arrived on time, but upon opening to give it a my first try the scoop was missing, it must have been missed in the factory as it was completely sealed so this is where the stars was lost for poor QC, which is not a problem as I have scales. It mixes well and tastes very sweet which is ok for sweet toothed people but could become sickly. At least it’s only a small amount before a workout only. It does seem to help give a better pump than not taking it so far but only used it twice for push and pull workouts.

Terrible - no effect whatsoever - went up to two scoops…felt nothing! Please don’t waste your money and avoid this product!

Tastes great
Unlike some other brands this doesn't seem to affect my guts. It works well and gives me the boost I need. I will most definitely be getting more.
