This is exactly what I was looking for and I love that I can adjust the resistance! This is going to help me get more exercise throughout the day. The rep counter is a nice touch too and I have found that I can easily rack up a couple hundred and not even realize it. Glad I got this!

Concept in question
This product is a great concept, with the automated counter and timer. The pads are good because they’re wide enough to stay in place and the Velcro straps are good for extra stability. However, when I got ready to change the strength resistance springs to increase the strength, everything fell out! Yikes!! So I referenced the manual, and learned how to install the resistance springs. However, what I don’t like is that you can’t replace the battery when it dies and I had to learn what 100N meant. Not sure if I want to return it yet, because it goes up to 135lbs.
