I think this pillow may help me with neck pain. I took it out of the box and let it decompress. Unfortunately, the pillow did not fill out in the pillow case that came with it. It's supposed to be queen-sized but the pillow looks as if it's a twin size pillow with a queen case. Regardless, I think this pillow will help.The three layers of adjustable comfort levels is a nice concept. I'm going to try it without the middle layer. The layers on my pillow don't seem to fit into place as they should.Edited 02/02/2021The pillow never filled out the pillowcase. It is comparable to a twin pillow size, not a queen.I tried it without the middle layer. Too low. I put back the middle layer. Feels a little to high. I'll try to break this pillow in with a bowling ball.

After trying out about 100 pillows I have found the one! Like so many other people, I've had great difficulty finding the perfect pillow. I'm a side sleeper but read on my back before bed. I am a woman, about 5'5" and 110# using a medium-firm memory foam mattress for reference. I prefer medium-firm support but with a soft feel and not too high so as to crank my neck into an abnormal position. I also tend to suffer from insomnia so I tense up a lot in my sleep and need a pillow that maintains its form and doesn't smoosh up into a wad in the night. This pillow fits the bill in all respects. It is molded into a shape that holds during the night. It is comfortable while I'm reading on my back as well as sleeping on my side. It is the perfect height and my neck never feels painful in the morning. It feels soft to lie on and my head sinks in a little, bit but not too much; still supportive. I love it and purchased three back ups because I cannot live without it now.

This pillow is very comfortable. I love how you can take out the metal piece if you need a lower loft. The only reason I don't use it anymore, is the Pillow itself is made of polyurethane foam. The cover is very soft and it doesn't sleep hot.

This pillow is NOT a contour pillow. When it arrived I was disappointed & requested a return. I then ordered a contour pillow before physically returning this one. Turns out I didn't like the contour pillow - different brand -WAY too hard... Since I hadn't really given the UTTU pillow a chance, I tried it. Turns out I LOVE IT!!!! My husband has a UTTU contour pillow - he has neck pain (I do not) and he loves his pillow - it helps ease his neck pain. I tried his pillow & liked it (that's why I wanted one like his) but for me, this pillow is PERFECT! It has the perfect amount of soft/firm. It hugs my head softly, NO SMELL, & does NOT make me feel overheated. The queen size is PERFECT for my queen size bed. You CAN adjust it by taking out the middle section if you like a flatter pillow but I love it just the way it is. I HIGHLY recommend this pillow!

Ok so I've had this pillow for a while and I made a few mistakes. First I put pillow covers on it and it made it less effective. Secondly I ignored the part where I could remove the middle part. And lastly I realized that I could remove the middle part and put in another pillow cover. So now I put the middle part in the bottom of the memory foam pillow for when I'm laying on my back, but when Im going to sleep on my stomach, I take out the middle part I have beneath the memory foam pillow and it just fits perfectly! I sleep with my hand under so it's makes up for the height lost. Only giving it 4 stars because I had to figure out a way to adjust the height to my liking and slept a long time not using this product to its full potential . Other than that it's an amazing comfortable memory foam pillow, and finally no more neck pain for me 👍

I havent slept good in years because I cant find the right pillow...This pillow is amazing! I was so skeptical to buy a pillow online because I've been to so many stores and I can't find one. I used it for the 1st time and I actually slept through the night because I always sleep on my arm and the pillows I have are so flat that my arm tingles and hurts all night this pillow I could sleep on my arm all night and you can't even feel your arm because the pillow is so dense if you love a firm pillow you will love this pillow but also it has several layers so if it's too much for you you could always take 1 out and I love that about this pillow I'm going to buy another one!!

I loved my previous pillow, so much so that I hadn't bought a new one in about 10 years because they no longer made the one I had and I was worried about not being able to find one I like. After a lot of research I decided to give this one a try. First off, I love the memory foam in this. It's very comfortable and supportive without being too hard or too squishy. My main issue is that I'm mostly a side sleeper, sleeping with my arm under my head and pillow. Doing that with this pillow at its highest was too much height and uncomfortable. So I took out the middle section. This caused the pillow to be way too low, even with my arm under it, so I felt like there was no support, especially when sleeping on my back. I put the middle back in (that took awhile) and it's definitely more comfortable at full height but has required some adjustment in my sleep positions. I wish there was another adjustment option to make it slightly lower, but it's still a really comfortable pillow.

Hands down, the best pillow ever. I was skeptical at first with the thickness because the pillow looked paper thin. But once I laid my head down and it formed perfectly to my head, I was sold. My neck stiffness has drastically diminished, I sleep better and feel more rested in the morning, and it puts me in a better mood to tackle my busy day.To the people commenting on it falling apart, I haven't seen that issue. I'm thinking it may be because of how they pull it out of the pillowcase to adjust the thickness. Hopefully this holds up over time!
