It comes in a loose/plastic bag inside a plain box, (so not good as a gift, get the 1.4Kg jar for a gift), and I LOVE these things.The flavours are fantastic for ME!!!There is one thing I KNOW, taste is relative.These are totally "to my taste"!Also, they are manufactured in the ROI.Crazy that I cannot buy bulk of the item without going via Amazon UK portal... but that's online business for you :).

These are my go to jelly beans. They can be pricey but usually you can get a decent price. These ones work for me.

Arrived quickly but two pots squished despite packaging. One had the seal broken and contents spilled out.Otherwise ideal as a stocking filler . Plenty of beans per pot.

They taste just as good as the American alternative brand. Very popular in my house, some flavours more than others. It is hard to identify some of the flavours as some are of similar colour. The only downside for me is reading the packaging, as the writing is very small.

Great for money but hard to tell what bean is what flavour.

I've never been a fan of the type of Jelly Beans you would get in a pick-a-mix or cheap bag from the shop. Those sized like a larged kidney bean and seemingly just really sugary.These are different though. Small beans, attractive full colours, nice and chewwy and absolutely bursting with flavour. I love these, I want more!

Brilliant product, amazing price. Be aware that the 5kg gets delivered in a bag and box, no jar. But I was always planning to decant into my own jars anyway.

I really wanted to give this size 5 stars for the sheer value.Like most people I know I was hooked on Jelly Bean Factory beans from the first mouthful. I agree that there are one or two flavours that I don't like as much as the rest, but I don't eat them one at a time so the other flavours dampen down those odd flavours.One issue with the 5kg bag is that they came in an unsealed plastic bag. Jelly Bean Factory supply their beans in a wide variety of containers, but this is the only unsealed packaging I am aware of. This raises the question of quality control and hygiene. How can you be sure when you receive them that someone hasn't got there before you and helped themselves to a handful or two? This also means that they are unlikely to stay fresh in the box in the same way that beans in other packaging would.They also don't provide a way of identifying the flavours in this size. For those who are interested, I have attached a copy of the identifying chart on the 1.4kg jar and recreated the chart in alphabetical order so it's hopefully easier to read.IT doesn't seem like it would cost much to upgrade their packaging and ensure that we as customers are reassured about the quality and hygiene of the sweets on sale.
