Amazing and miraculous!Open 5 - 7 capsules of this and mix it with about 1/4 - 1/3 cup liquid coconut oil in a small sqeezeable container to have on hand (or .... mix with 1/2 tsp - 1 tsp. coconut oil from jar and blend together in hands) and apply topically. No Joke!!....Whenever I've taken this product internally, its been very good at eliminating cold and flu symptoms, eliminating pain, aches, inflammation, and swelling within a few minutes to few hours no matter where it has appeared in/on my body.Just recently I thought I had re-injured a torn minuscus and would need to surgery again. After about 3 days days of applying this mix once or twice a day to my knee (I'm not very consistent lol) my pain and swelling were gone. Have had no recurrence of pain. (Note...for faster results I also added 2 to 3 drops of oregano oil to the sqeezeale bottle ...oregano oil carries similar abilities as frankincense.)So why does it appear to work so well for me? From what I've read regarding frankincense (boswellia) and coconut oil, both are antiviral, antibacterial substances. Both have the ability to penetrate the skin barrier and go straight to blood stream, muscle, etc. And I read that frankincense is an anti - carcinogen that's being used to fight brain cancers, female cancers, and other types of cancers....And I read that it carries natural ability to reduce swelling / inflammation ... which most of us know tends to be the root cause for most pain. But...don't quote me on anything, as I researched this a very long time ago and cannot quite remember all the logistics. That is my disclaimer and I can confidently report how this product has worked for me. All I know is since that time, I've just made this my natural go-to solution for preventing colds; and combatting pain, inflammation, and swelling. I encourage you to please responsibly conduct your own personal research on the benefits of frankincense (boswellia) and to consult your doctor prior to adding any herbal substance to your regimen.Note! (I do remember reading something about if you are on high blood pressure medications and certain other medications you should not take boswellia internally, and if pregnant or nursing you should not take boswellia at all. Again, please do your own research to be safe. As much as this seems to operate like a miraclous substance with tremendous healing qualities, it can interfere with certain medications and if on HBP meds, can drop blood pressure too low.Hope this testimony helps many of you out there.Trivia: frankinscense was one of three gifts given to the babe Jesus when the wise men arrived to greet the new King.Something to think about. :-)P. S. It has also combatted contraction of flu for me. I work in a very large public school and kids around me were contracting flu left and right. Classrooms are very enclosed spaces, and at the first sign of symptom, I started swallowing 2 of the actual capsules before leaving for work in the mornings. Even missed a few mornings.. and rubbed the topical mix on my chest and neck at night. Have not contracted flu by grace of God.Finally, I remember reading that you should take a probiotic few hours after taking frankincense because it is very good at combatting viruses and bacteria and may impact the natural flora in your gut.

Part of an effective regimen that has many components for my osteoarthritis of the hip.Preceding my hip inflammation by four or so years, a long standing condition of repetitive injury, specifically groin strain, then the pain/inflammation and weakness began spreading to the adductor muscle (inside thigh muscle), then continuing on to affect my abductor or outside thigh muscle and IT band, which runs from knee to upper side buttocks, into the lower back, this IT band is very long!. So in this cascade of effects, the hip joint was out of alignment and then subject to friction because it was no longer sitting in the proper alignment.Though various chiropractors and massage therapists offered me some relief, with one chiropractor getting me back to about 85%range of motion and no pain. However, for some unknown reason he changed his protocol and it was no longer effective in putting and/or keeping the hip joint in its place. And over time, approximately 120 days, has steadily, along with my regimen specially addressing my osteoarthritis condition, gotten me to a function and pain level of , over the past two weeks, around 3 to 4, and I've been pushing it due to the Christmas shopping season!This has allowed me to very gradually add exercises back into my routine that I have been able to do for a long time because of pain and muscle weakness.As I'm able to strengthen and stabilize my core and hips, this will then, I'm hoping, continue to improve my condition.Having said all of that, at least 50% of any pain reduction must include an anti-inflammatory diet. For me, the most effective has been the Paleo diet - implementing this cause a reduction in pain all by itself of cutting the pain and inflammation in half.

I have been using this product for arthritis for a couple of years and it's been fantastic. Gives me great pain relief. However today I received a bottle and all of the capsules were melted together and I couldn't get them out of the bottle. They were as hard as a rock, and the bottle was bulging very badly. I don't know what happened because I have never had a problem with this product previously and I've ordered it many times. Lot number 321-2515. I will attach a photo. Not sure if something happened at the Amazon warehouse or in transit to Amazon. Submitted a request for a replacement and didn't know other people were having the same problem until I just saw other customers photos! Hey Amazon you need to pull this item.

I bought this product for my dog who was diagnosed with aggressive thyroid cancer. He's old, so we opted not to do any major interventions for him, but I wanted to see what natural remedies could prolong his life and maintain his level of comfort.I've been using essential oils for years and I know frankincense essential oil to be an excellent cancer fighter. Upon further research I learned that boswellia extract is actually one of the main cancer-fighting ingredients in frankincense. After checking with my vet, I decided to order some of this to use in combination with the actual oil and a few other holistic products (doggie tumeric, raw diet). He's an 85 lb dog and I give him 2 tablets a day with his food.He was diagnosed in February with no metastases and still only given 3 months to live. Here we are in August and you'd have no idea he has cancer! He hasn't lost any weight, still gobbles up his food, and acts 100% normal. Can I say with certainty that it was the supplement? Of course not, maybe he's just an unusually lucky dog. But for the cost and ease of use, it's absolutely worth a try. And it's safe for dogs, only potential side effects are a bit of upset tummy or loose bowels.

UPDATE 10/01/16: The pain I was having in my wrist is completely gone. I still take one of these on a weekly basis for maintenance. But the severe arthritis type pain I was having in my wrist is completely gone and has been for several months now.Exactly what I was looking for. These soft gels are on the medium to large side but easy for me to swallow. I felt the effect of the boswellia after just a about 3 or 4 days. I started out taking 2-3 per day to get the product in my system and now I just take 1 or 2 per day for maintenance. The arthritis type pain I was having in my wrist was unbearable to the point I went to a massage therapist and didn't get any results, these have really helped me with this pain and it’s barely there now. I started looking for and purchased these for severe arthritis in my wrist at the advice of a friend of mine who was having problems from inflammation related arthritis. She told me how she heard about boswellia and started taking it and it completely cleared up her aching joints. The price was better on this brand than on many of the other brands I checked. I may go with a higher mg package on my next purchase but this one worked fine for getting me started.Overall I have had amazing results so far and will be continuing this supplement. Very happy with this product 5 stars.*I paid full price for this product and use it on a daily basis.

A year ago I contracted Lyme disease and babesiosis. While I am taking Byron White tinctures to keep symptoms at bay, the addition of boswellia was noticeable. Prior to taking this, I had neck and upper spine pain, I presume from inflammation. That went away after I started taking this twice a day. It seems to be effective for internal inflammation.

The pills are HUGE. If you have no trouble swallowing, these are good quality. Since they are not a tablet you cannot use pill cutter as I am doing with the other boswellia I bought. Need sellers to show pill size so I don't have to keep throwing away as waste of my senior income money. Still searching, maybe will try Source Naturals.

Noy strong enough

It came in over heated status & all capsules are almost melted!

I ordered this for my mother, effect seen within 2 weeks per 500mg capsule a day. But about 4- 5 weeks my mother experienced mouth sores and those are serious one... due to high acidification. My Mother was on normal diet and water intake. The only reason I figured out is consumption of less water with this capsule.
