First, it's important to point out the size - Bossgirl affirmation cards are playing card size - perfect to carry around and shuffle, but perhaps a bit small for a postcard? And second, they are double-sided. On one side you have quotes and on the other, daily actions. So there is no writing-space.

A: They are all inspiring, some of them more thought-provoking, or deep, some more fun, some more about getting you out of your comfort zone, boosting productivity, confidence or self-awareness. So it's nice and diverse. All the exercises are short enough so you would have time to do them and not feel intimidated. How much time they take exactly will of course depend on you. But the main thing is that they are meant to make you feel great!

You know your terminology :) Our cards have quotes with heaps of attitude, not classical affirmations that should come in the first person, present tense, and always in the affirmative. We use the term affirmation cards as this is best known to people. PS if you wish, you can always rephrase the quotes as affirmations when you're saying them to yourself.

I love the affirmations and I love that there are follow-up questions on the back of each card to really check in with yourself. The cards are sturdy and have really nice designs on them. They are great for group therapy too! I have had a lot of my patients request to see these cards!
