there exactly as pictured quite comfortable run true to size on me a little snug if you wear socks if I have worn them both with socks & without nice & warm on the feet and cozy feeling the fur is is nice & full not just on the top part of the boot but all through out ( full fur lining) cute & stylish love the bow in the back of the boot yes I would recommend this product great price

I love these cute winter boots! They’re stylish when you need something for those cold and surprise snow days. They’re non-slip, and keep you steady with just a slight lift. Your feet stay warm, and comfortable. I wouldn’t use them to go build a snowman, but definitely when you need something that slips on quickly and elevates your look with the cute rear rhinestone bow.

These boots are very white not cream and that is excellent. They fit true to size and are very comfortable. They are beautiful if you are on the fence buy at least one pair they are great.

I love these boots. I get so many positive comments when I wear them. I wear a size 8 and the fit was perfect. I wouldn't say there is good arch support, so I wouldn't wear them for long walks, but for just around town for the day they are super comfortable. I made sure to spray them with shoe protection spray. After wearing them for a few days, I will brush them off and use a spot cleaner and reapply the protection spray. They have stay looking brand new all winter. They are holding up well this winter. I just love the pink bows in the back.

Very cute boots! The fur lining is soft and they keep your feet warm. The lining does shed a bit but not terrible. Major con: these are so slippery, it's kind of scary. I'm talking walking on dry time or wood floors, and driving - feet slide right off the pedals. There's literally NO GRIP. I chose life, so I'm not going to wear these unless someone else is driving and it's not the least bit wet or icy outside. Bummer. I had ordered 2 pairs bc the burgundy was so cute, but canceled it after I realized how bad the traction was in these.

They’re cute! And surprisingly well made I definitely suggest getting a size up if you like them to be a bit roomy tho!

I am giving five stars not for the boots but the customer service. Beautiful boots. I followed the size chart, but it was too small. I should have chosen one size up, size nine instead of my size eight. I requested a return. Very quickly they approved the return and reimbursement . I am disappointed that the boots are not true size, but satisfied with the customer service.
