I recently got the Ecovacs Deebot X11 and it has completely transformed my cleaning routine. The insane 19,500Pa suction power picks up every bit of dust, pet hair, and debris effortlessly on both carpets and hard floors. Its self-emptying OmniCyclone station is a game-changer — bagless and incredibly convenient with no recurring costs. The mopping function with oscillating pads leaves my tiles sparkling clean, and the AI navigation is smart enough to avoid obstacles and map my home perfectly. Voice commands via YIKO work seamlessly, and the fast-charging feature ensures it handles my large apartment without issues. Overall, it’s hands-down one of the best robot vacuums I’ve used — worth every penny for the time it saves!

Have been using the x11 on I for two months now. So far it has been very helpful with the maintenance of a tidy house. Like most of the reviews, navigation is kind of not there yet but the map accuracy makes up for it. The suction and the mopping is more than ideal. The hair tangle free brush is not quite useful I feel cos I just cleaned the brush and the hair got tangled on the brush and it tore the lining on it. Maybe when I get a pet I can review more clearly. The app is quite easy to use. Right now the robot cleans the whole house daily in the morning. Indian doormats are a problem for the robot. Most of the time it just drags along and the robot looses its way. Having no vacuum on the doormat kind of works but it defeats the whole purpose. So before going to bed, I remove the mats and put it back in the morning after cleaning. Haven’t put a carpet yet. I will have to check how it functions later.

This has to be the best robot vacuum, within 5 mins it entirely scans my house and prepares a map, AI accurately detects stain for remove. It recognises carpet which repair automatically adjust its roller mop and dry vacuum it. Very easy to setup. Quickly charges on the go so that your entire house gets clean. Easy to connect and operate via app. Cleans house perfectly.

Great product. It really cleans and wipe floors. Scheulding and AI helps in making it more efficient. It covers almost 3000 sq. ft. of carpet area. Settings are very easy to configure. Cleaning the systems is also guided which makes it very easy. Yes it will require some maintenance effort from your side. You need to be very judicious when and how much frequently you need to use the mop. Mapping is nearly 90% accurate. You need to come up with systems with follwing system - Auto refill and auto empty via pipes connected directly to inlet and outlet - Hard self-cleaning using Air and Water (scheduled) - Brush when tangled with hair it cuts throught the rubbe, making life shorter. - AI should be more intelligent and secure - Private hosting and creating swarm

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the Ecovacs robot vacuum purchased from your company. Since the day it was bought, the product has not functioned properly. Despite three separate visits by your service engineer, the issue still remains unresolved. We have spent considerable time waiting for repairs and coordinating service visits, only to find that the vacuum continues to malfunction. This has become extremely frustrating and mentally exhausting. Additionally, during one of the service visits, a small part of the machine was damaged/broken by the engineer, which has further added to our inconvenience and disappointment. Because of this ongoing issue, we have faced: - Repeated disruption to our daily schedule - Loss of valuable personal and work time while waiting for technician visits - Continuous follow-ups and coordination efforts - Mental stress and inconvenience caused by a product that has never functioned properly Given the repeated failed repair attempts, the damage caused during service, and the inconvenience suffered, I request: 1. Immediate replacement of the defective product 2. Appropriate compensation for the time, effort, and inconvenience caused over this prolonged period I hope this matter will now be handled seriously and resolved without further delay. Please confirm the next steps at the earliest.
