Highly recommended
Great product with a great taste which I've never purchased before but will gladly continue to do so in the future. It is a surprisingly quick and easy to prepare to use to make a nice snack with salmon or as part of a full meal. I wasn't exactly sure if it would turn out as well as it did without having to cook it and without refrigeration, but I was quite pleasantly surprised.

Flavorful, moist, thick, flakes readily- but be careful opening pouch!
Very tasty. Pouch keeps shelf-stable, and fluid in pouch keeps it moist. Nice thick portion and flakes readily for use with crackers, cheeses, fruit, etc. However, be careful when opening pouch as liquid will come out over everything if you don't drain it first, away from your charcuterie board or whatever. I liked that it wasn't dry or too salty. Very flavorful and nice appearance.

I've had better salmon in a can from the grocery store. It was ok was if it was smoked then why was it so 'watery'??

Did Not Contain the Full 6 Ounces
A disappointment — partly my fault for not realizing that cold smoked meant that it would arrive in a watery packet. The flavor was fine, but the flesh was not as firm as I expected. Used as part of a dish, it would probably be fine, but wasn't particularly appealing by itself. I ordered the 6 ounce size, but when the multiple pieces were weighed (with an accurate scale), the total was only 4 1/2 ounces. Included with the product was a leaflet with a return evaluation card; although they stated they wanted their customers to be happy and that they read every evaluation, I never did receive a response to the reported missing 25% of the product.

Good non GMO salmon
Good flavour and quality. Always buy wild caught salmon, it is non-GMO, the rest is doubtful at best. Fast shipping. I am very happy with this salmon.
