1st step towards stopping your sugar cravings is by replacing it with any sugarfree sweetener. This Stavia based zero calorie sweetener being a good alternative over others like sucralose or Aspertame. I'm taking this from 2024 & loved it. Never had regular sugar after. My sweet cravings subside slowly & that helped me lot in my weight loss journey in 2024. You can Add it to coffee, milk, dahi, etc. 1 tablet is usually enough for 1 cup of tea/coffee, adding more will bring bitter-sweet aftertaste.

Made for those who drink or eat without sugar. Please don’t expect sugar like taste. I bought it for my father who is diabetic .Good for the long run. Preferably works better for people who have coffee or tea without milk. Iced teas, black coffee, green coffee, green tea, black tea, etc etc.. this will help for those Who want their drink a bit sweet. The mint flavour is perfectly balanced, easy to use.
