To be honest, I only purchase this item because it was so inexpensive that I would have very little remorse if it wasn't satisfactory. But much to my surprise, it's quite effective in reducing osteoarthritis pain located in my ankle and foot. I use a liberal amount but it's no big deal. I still have the 1st tube I ordered after dozens of applications. I definitely recommend this product. Not only does it do what it says, it also has no odor or color and absorbs quickly. Its a must have for arthritis sufferers who need something for local application

Overall a decent product! My teen used this for a old ankle injury/sprain that flared up off & on. She said that the pain relief wasn't as immediate as the popular brand that's a similar product. The relief was more gradual but it did work. It relieved about 80% of the pain. Which was satisfactory. I appreciate the lower price for a product that is very similar to a more expensive brand. I would recommend.

I’ve used icy hot and bengay all my life for pain relief. Then my neighbor suggested this cream for a sore muscle. Desperate for relief (pulled hammy), I gave it a shot and wow. No smell, minimal greasiness, and near instant relief for a few hours. I tried Lidocaine patches, everything, and this worked best.I also re-aggravate my whiplash every once in awhile and started using this for neck relief too.It doesn’t make your pain disappear, but it scales it back a lot, and helps you skip the ibuprofen to save it for issues you can’t reach with topical applications.

I bought this after reading reviews that said it was not greasy. I previously used a similar product from Walmart but found it to be too greasy -- my hand would feel sticky after applying the cream, and the stickiness would get on everything I touched. Well, it turns out this is exactly the same product under a different label, and it is just as greasy and sticky as the Walmart product. The active and inactive ingredients on both products are identical, and in the same order. I'm very disappointed, but I still give it a 3 because it does ease the pain in my hand, at least for a while.

This is the best value for pain relief cream with no odor and menthol free. I can put this on right after a shower with no burning sensation. The price for this is EXCELLENT compared with other creams on the market. Now this doesn't last all day but I would say about 3 to 4 hrs depending on ones pain level. It WORKS for me and at this price I plan on stocking up on it.

What I love about this pain rub is Unlike other muscle rubs this one can be used on the back of the neck without a burning sensation. I use it on my neck every night so I can sleep. When arthritis hits your neck and it makes your head hurt, this is the rub to use! The menthol and camphor in other rubs will make the hair follicles burn on the back of your neck. This rub won't burn. Works like a charm! I usually order 4 at a time. Great with sore feet too.

I use this type of pain relief cream to ease my lower back pain, and the diabetic pain on the soles of my feet. It starts working within a matter of minutes. (Relief comes faster on my feet than my back.) It's a nice, thick cream without a detectable scent.I use it at least once a day, so I buy it often. This is the best price I've ever seen. I highly recommend this pain relief cream.

I have awful pain in my leg after surgery and damaged nerves from it. This cream gives me relief when I have trouble sleeping with the pain from it. Apply it and 20 or so minutes later, I'm good! It's a good value too!
