I also ordered the WL Premium [rubber backed] Waist Trimmer Belt [B087TLNRDH] just to have another option. Because my skin has lost a lot of elasticity with age, and because I'm back on a weight control program, I bought this to provide whatever help it might provide to get things back in place. Not sure it'll help, gravity and age and all that, but it cannot hurt. High quality product. Breathable - not rubber/neoprene backed or lined. Really adjustable, easily re-positionable, and has a 2 way tightening mechanism so you don't have to struggle to stretch it in place. You center it on your back, tuck in the left side, stretch the right side over it and touch down the velcro-like tab to set it. then take hold of the 2 side straps, centered in the middle of the back, stretch them where you want them, and set the tabs. the 2 extra straps really do function to pull things in and because they emanate from the center of the back panel, it all works together to encircle your gut - in this way though, it's really more like a girdle - it pushes your excess up over the top of the belt if you've got it cinched tight. I don't really notice that the metal stays do much in the way of back support. if you're a back sleeper, you can't sleep in this - the hard rubber thing that joins everything together in the back of the belt was too lumpy for me. I switch to the B087TLNRDH when I sleep [and the difference in the 2 products is readily apparent - not bad, different].NOTE: With the deepest humility and respect, I wanted to mention that the heat generated by a waist belt is not likely to help you lose weight.; raising your core temperature a few degrees might, but this would only be possible by turning up your metabolism, in turn, only possible by taking up something like ballet and/or increasing your muscle mass - hey, ballet does both! Muscle weighs more than fat BLAH BLAH BLAH - for most of us experiencing weight gain after 2 weeks of working out is because we're hungrier after burning more calories and we're eating more to compensate. If you can work out for at least 6 weeks and not add any additional calories, you'll begin to lose some weight, you've got a surplus - eating will only add to it. if you get really good at building muscle gradually without injuring yourself, after awhile that muscle will also burn calories just to maintain itself - great catch-22 yes? ### ⭐⭐ Made in China. Okay waist brace *by J***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 11, 2019* I should have bought the medium one as the large size I ordered didn't fit good on my belly. This isn't too bad a good one at this price tag. It's made in China and they can't spell security on the pouch.After a week use updating it. It rolls down in front and the silver springs on the back hurts. I would suggest all to buy a good waist brace. Don't buy a cheap one as it is not worth it just to expend your money and again buy another one in few months.
