Pros:- Easy to install.- Plenty of cabling to reach the SATA ports.- No PCI board for motherboard so reduced space (good if you have big cards like graphic cards).Cons:- Did not come with a mounting screw.- Because it does not fit to the motherboard part of the backplate is loose.
