It takes a few weeks for all of your levels to be improved, but it works better than any multivitamin our family has ever used. My only wish is that Kirkman had a gummy of these, for those of us who struggle to digest gel capsules. Outstanding multi. I can’t believe what a difference these vitamins made in my energy levels. I beat myself up pretty good on a daily basis with both work (warehouse foreman) and play (power lifter, tournament level softball player). I thought my feeling run down was because I was getting old, but clearly it isn’t. Obvious high bio-availability. I never really gave deficiencies much thought, but I certainly do now.
